I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to create a workflow that empties the SharePoint Online Recycle Bin? I have a workflow that deletes the list item, but it throws it into the recycle bin... I'd like to either totally delete the item (no recycle bin) or run an action that clears the bin.

We have a request on our UserVoice site for this feature and on that post a user advised that if you delete using Rest you can skip the Recycle Bin.

Thanks @SimonMuntz! I'm going to have to do a lot of digging on using a Rest API ... my company has locked out so many things that certain features of Nintex and SharePoint do not work in standard ways. I will keep an eye out in the hopes that Nintex develops something... but in the meantime I will explore Rest.
