regarding Nintex for sharepoint 365 Javascript. i am not able to see settings button on the nintex form. is this a license issue or 365 doesnt support javascript?

If you are not seeing the the settings button it is probably because you are using Responsive forms or the New Responsive forms. Only the Classic form has the settings button that allows custom code to be added to the form.
