The Regular Expression action is an extremely powerful action for splitting text, replacing text or getting data out of text.  Don't be worried about not knowing how to put Regular Expressions together.  There are a number of sites online that give you the basics of it.  In this post, I'll give you some quick tips on how to get data that you may need.Splitting TextThere are times where you will be getting data from lists, from web services, databases or elsewhere, where the data comes to you in a delimited form.  Either comma delimited, as in CSV files, or semi-colon delimited, as from some accounting systems or some other delimiter.  If you need to get the data into a Nintex Workflow collection variable, you can use the Regular Expression action to split the data based on that delimiter. Notice that the first data entry field to fill is in the pattern.  When doing a split, this is the delimiter.  The character or characters that will be used to split a piece of text.  The operation is

Starting in Nintex Automation K2 version 5.8.1, newly created forms will now default to the Dynamic theme. This change helps ensure a more modern, consistent styling experience right from the start—no extra configuration required. What’s changing?In previous versions, new forms defaulted to the legacy theme unless manually changed. With this update, the “Use Legacy Theme” setting is now unchecked by default. New forms will automatically use the Dynamic theme, aligning with a modern design standard and streamlined styling.This change only affects newly created forms. All existing forms, previously upgraded collateral, and SharePoint-generated forms will retain their original theme settings. Why this mattersThe Dynamic theme offers a more contemporary design and consistent color styling. Cannot continue course Looping and flow actions will not end 

Hello, I am using Nintex Automation, and I noticed that there is no export button available for exporting a workflow. Is this feature unavailable in my version or platform, or is there an alternative way to export workflows? If not, how can I save my workflow locally? Thanks 

I am running into a problem where I cant log into Nintex university. it takes my credentials with no error then goes to a blank screen that just says working and the URL shows https://myauth.nintex.com/samlp/ has anyone else found a solution to this? I have seen some other users get the same error but have not found a solution

I’m experiencing an issue similar to previous users who have attempted to access Nintex University. After logging in and then clicking onto a Nintex University link, the tab gets stuck on ‘Working’.By the looks of it, previous issues were fixed through a private message from Nintex, so I’m reaching out for further help on this matter.
