IssueNintex Promapp System or Lean Tags may not show more than 2 of the tags when multiple tags are added to a task or an activity. ResolutionRemove any line breaks from between the tags. Leave the tags on the same line with a space between each tag.  Â
IssueDocuments attached to a Process may not open in the edit tab, however they will open from the Procedure tab ResolutionThe Documents may have been previously linked and updated to a new location, or have now been uploaded to Promapp rather than linked.Where the Process hasn't been published since the change, the edit view shows the old information for the Process.  Publish the Process to get the edit view into line with the Document and Procedure views.Â
IssueSome links in Nintex Promapp emails may not be able to be selected. In addition some Nintex Promapp emails may not be received.   ResolutionWe have recently changed the application that manages the sending of emails from our application.  Organisations may need to add the following to their DNS whitelist to allow clicking of links and receipt of emails:em7937.promapp.comem7498.promapp.com.auu10337472.wl223.sendgrid.netÂ
IssueA user in your Nintex Promapp site may not be able to see the Standard version of a Process that has had variations applied to it. ResolutionOnly users that can edit the Process can see the Standard version of the Process. All other users can only chose from one of the variations of the Process.  Â
IssueWhen using Highlight changes to compare an In Progress Nintex Promapp Process with additional groups, it may show the additional groups as removed (highlighted red and crossed out). ResolutionAlthough the additional groups are shown as removed, on publishing the additional groups remain properly linked.   Additional InformationThis is a known defect.Â
Issue An orange alert may show when entering a name into a Nintex Promapp Process. Resolution This alert means that the user name hasn't been found in the user list. Additional Information Sometimes this will show briefly while the user list loads.
IssueWhen the export of the Improvements register is exported to CSV file, you may not be able to filter on all the data exported ResolutionCheck the data for email type content that as filled over multiple rows. Removing these extra rows will allow the spreadsheet to be filtered.  Â
IssueWhen attaching an existing Document to a Process the document may not be found to attach ResolutionCheck the Document 'Type' in the Document Library and ensure that you select this same document type from the paperclip menu in the Process.   Additional InformationThe attach menu will only search for documents of the same type.  Â

IssueWhen adding new activities to a Process, the new activities may not be shown when changing to the timeframes section ResolutionRefresh the Browser window, and the new activities will be included.Â
Issue Training tags for Location and Team may not be available to be selected when editing or creating a training or competency unit. Resolution These tags can't be added to Training or Competency units, they are just used to assign users to and for filtering training records.

IssueThe Nintex Promapp live chat functionality is showing "Offline" ResolutionThe chat will show as Offline if no Nintex Promapp Support Specialists are available to take live chats.  Â
IssueWhen importing the Training History, the following error may be received:Training <Training Unit name> completion for Janine O'Laughlin has already been registered on <date> ResolutionCheck the Training Unit for a completed training for that user - if no training is shown, the training for this user was likely marked off as "Not Attended" and is therefore not visible in the training screen Add the user to the training unit manually: Schedule the user to a training in the Training Unit for a different date to the date required (You may not be able to schedule a training for the same date as the training was completed) Sign off the Training from the Dashboard and give it the date the training was actually completed Â
IssueWhen updating a Nintex Promapp Process Timeframes the timeframe may not save properly. ResolutionFollowing changing the timeframe tab:Tab or click out of the timeframe box Save the Process Refresh the page to ensure the change has remainedÂ
IssueThe Email link for the Portfolio Owner in Nintex Promapp Improvement emails may show as mailto:[%20Disconnected%20]  ResolutionGo to Admin > Improvements Select the portfolio with the error Change the Portfolio owner to another user and then change it back to the desired userÂ
IssueA Risk may remain on Users dashboards even though all sign offs have been received. ResolutionThis may occur if a user was required to sign off a risk and has since been deleted.  Contact support@nintex.com to ask them to remove the notifications from the dashboard.Â
IssueThe Contact Support live chat window does not open after the Loading message goes away ResolutionThere is a slight pause while it gathers information from your Nintex Promapp session to help our support agents. This seems to take slightly longer in Firefox than in other browsers.  Wait some extra time, and if it still hasn't opened, chose a different browser.Alternatively email Nintex support using support@nintex.com. Â
Issue Users are receiving too many emails from the Improvements Add On workflow Resolution The emails cannot be stopped all together, however you can change some configurations in Admin > Improvements > Other configurations to reduce the number of emails sent out:
IssueThe Linked Documents and Weblinks report does not show any Linked Documents or Weblinks attached in unpublished (0.x versions) Processes. ResolutionThe Linked Document and Weblinks report only includes Published Processes. Any Linked Documents and Weblinks included in Unpublished Processes will not be included in the report.  Â
Issue The Nintex Promapp site may not respond, show a spinning wheel, show dialog boxes with no information populated or provide error messages suggesting you need to log in again. Resolution Open the Promapp site in a new tab in the same browser Log into Promapp Go back to the original tab Refresh or try the action e.g. save that you had tried previously If you are viewing a minimode link, refresh the minimode Additional Information Your Nintex Promapp session will expire or time out after 4 hours of inactivity. Minimode links expire after 1 hour of inactivity.

IssueCan’t create checklists or Checklists can’t be listed ResolutionUser not authenticated with ChecklistService, receives 401 error responseYou can verify the 401 response by checking the Network tab of the browser dev toolsHas their Promapp session expired? If so, the client application will not have a valid access token. Request the user to login to Promapp again.Has the user data not been synced correctly? If the user data has not synced correctly between Promapp and Checklist then authentication issues will arise.Toggle the checklist service off then on, this should resync all user dataÂ
