After receiving the reset password email from Nintex Promapp, the user selects the link in the Email to reset their password. After doing so, the are redirected to a site that displays the message, "There is a problem with this website's security certificate."



 

Ensure that the sendgrid.net domain is not blocked by their organisation.
Another note: If you are in the APAC region and have issues sending email or clicking on links in their emails, have your IT team whitelist the following:
