Issue
The Email link for the Portfolio Owner in Nintex Promapp Improvement emails may show as mailto:[%20Disconnected%20]
Resolution
- Go to Admin > Improvements
- Select the portfolio with the error
- Change the Portfolio owner to another user and then change it back to the desired user
