IssueImage in .gif file type is not displayed when the process is printed. IssueThe following error message is displayed even though the Browser is IE 11:Unsupported Browser Detected: Internet Explorer 7  ResolutionEnsure that promapp.com is not included in the compatibility view settings.  For On Premise clients ensure the Display intranet sites in compatibility mode option is unticked.    Additional InformationThese settings may be controlled by a group policy. You may need to contact your IT team to adjust this setting.Â
IssueProcess Owner or Expert may not be able to see all the Processes they are the Owner or Expert of. ResolutionPublish the Process for the Owner or Expert to change. Additional InformationProcess Owner or Expert changes will not show in the "Processes I Own" list and the new Owner or Expert will not have rights to edit the Process until the Process has been published. Â
IssueA user may appear to be showing in the incorrect role in a swimlane in the Map View. ResolutionWhere more than one role is included in a Process Map swimlane. The users included in all the roles are merged in the pop up users list. Â
IssueThe On Premise Nintex Promapp upgrade for a client fails with errors when running the SQL migration scripts.  ResolutionCheck if their SQL server meets the minimum specifications included in their upgrade package (Currently SQL Server 2017). If this is correct, ask them to run the following commands on their Nintex Promapp Daabase: SELECT compatibility_levelFROM sys.databases WHERE name = ‘Promapp_database_name_here’; If you see anything less than 130 in the output, the following should be run:ALTER DATABASE [Promapp_database_name_here] SET COMPATIBILITY_LEVEL = 130 At this point the compatibility level should be right. They can then retry the scripts that are failing. Â
IssueFilters that have been applied are not sticking when navigating to a different part of a Nintex Promapp site and then returning again. ResolutionEnsure that your Browser session has not expired.Filters should stick if you leave one part of theNintex Promapp site (e.g. Improvements add on) and then return to it within the same Browser session the same filters should be selected.  Shutting your Browser down or logging out of Nintex Promapp the filters will be removed.  Â
IssueWhen Document Approval is turned off Documents that were Awaiting Approval remain in this state, and cannot be approved.   ResolutionIf uploading, download or obtain a copy of the Document, If linking obtain the correct link for the Document Edit the Document that has Awaiting Approval state in the Document library Select the Approval Required Menu Select the Replace Pending option Chose the file you downloaded or enter the linkÂ
IssueTasks in activities are showing out of order. For example: A,B,C,D,F,GCorrect Order: A,B,C,D,E,F,G  ResolutionThe resolution for this is to go to the process > Edit the process from the edit tab > Find the missing activity which is displayed underneath the previous activity and just click at the bottom of the shown activity. This will then reveal the missing activity which can then be edited.  Â
IssueA Customer would like information contained in two different reports to be shown in one report ResolutionThe best way to do this is to export the two reports to Excel, then use a Vlookup or other excel tools to compare the data in the two reports.  Â
IssueNintex Promapp Viewing Permissions on a Group may not be applied immediately.   ResolutionThere is a background job that runs every time viewing permissions are set up. This job goes through and sets up the permissions for each user.  If there is a backlog of background jobs, or you have a high number of users, this may affect how long it takes for this to run.  Please contact support@nintex.com if it seems to take too long, and we will investigate further. Â
IssueThe follow error may occur when attempting to save a Nintex Promapp Process:Oops. An unspecified error has occurred ResolutionTry the following:Clear Browser cache & History Try another browser Ask another user to try and saveIf these options fail, make a copy of the Process and archive the Process that gives the error.Â

IssueThere is no option to reset the password either through the users profile or from the Admin > Manage Users page ResolutionWhen Single Sign on is set to 'required' there is no option to reset the password as this is the responsibility of your Identity Provider.  Â

IssueCan’t create checklists or Checklists can’t be listed ResolutionUser not authenticated with ChecklistService, receives 401 error responseYou can verify the 401 response by checking the Network tab of the browser dev toolsHas their Promapp session expired? If so, the client application will not have a valid access token. Request the user to login to Promapp again.Has the user data not been synced correctly? If the user data has not synced correctly between Promapp and Checklist then authentication issues will arise.Toggle the checklist service off then on, this should resync all user dataÂ
IssueSome Processes may be missing from the Process Hits report ResolutionWhere a date filter has been set, the Processes with no hits during the set time period will not be included in the report.  Â
IssueA user may receive the following error when trying to create variations for a Process in Nintex Promapp:Your request couldn't be created at this time. Please contact your Promaster. ResolutionPublish the Process you wish to create Variations for. This may need to happen even if the Process is currently Published.  Attempt to create the Variations again.Â
