We are using the Newsfeed posts as a notification area within SharePoint. We have some business units that have recurring posts that need to happen on regular intervals. Is there a way of doing this with a Nintex Workflow?

I have a workflow that is built in Nintex. It is a message for notification that an approver needs to electronically sign a PDF document from SharePoint. When I access the document directly from SharePoint, it opens in PDF. However, when I access it through the email message from the Message notification, it opens the document in a browser, not enabling someone to sign the PDF using their credentials. I have added a work around where it takes the user to the library to access the form, but would like the user to access the document from the link that is pulling the Item URL. I perform the original action using a Word document where it opens it up in Microsoft Word, but the PDF document won't.  Thoughts?

I have a loop that loops through a repeating section and creates a list item for each row in the repeated section, but I must have it working faster than a loop every 5 minutes. How can I accomplish this without causing the workflow to fail, or crash?

How do I take a repeating section control and display these items (screenshot) into a SharePoint list. I am so new to all of this.

Hello,I have a Nintex Workflow with a Flexi Task that is giving the error "Error in task. Outcome information is not available."This Flexi Task is set to give reminders every three days. This error occurred exactly three days after the workflow started, so that makes me think it has something to do with the reminders. However, I can't see what's wrong with my reminders. Approving the process through LazyApproval works just fine.I did add an additional outcome "Did not respond." This is set in the Escalation and the time to escalation is 11 days. The workflow doesn't get to this point though.The Workflow task is assigned to one person.I've attached screenshots of the Action panel, the Reminders panel, and the Escalation panel. Would anyone know what's causing the error? Any advice would be great!

Hi All,I'm sure this is a system date format issue, but seeing if anyone else has seen this:I have a date control.   The date format with our site collection is m/d/yyyy.  I have a second calculated control that does a DateAddMonths 3 on the original date control (I've tried DateAddDays as well).   Every time the original date has a day >12 it stops the entire form from showing on load (an error).  I think the Nintex form formula is looking at the day within the date and expecting it to be a month.   So anything greater than 12 (ie. 6/14/2017) generates an error. HAs anyone else experienced this behaviour?Thanks in advance.

How long does it take Nintex to get back to you about getting your license?  I has been quite a long time and I have been referred back and fourth to my third person.  Anyone else have this issue when they were getting the license?

I published a workflow that was basically a state machine. I imported it from our Test environment to Prod, ran a test to ensure it was working, and much to my surprise, the entire final Exit state was missing. We nest our actions inside an Action Set with a brief description because it's cleaner and easier for users to understand. The final state was gone and replaced by the approval Flexi Task that is in the Approval state.I'm not asking if anyone has had this exact error, but I would like to know if anyone else has encountered anomalies when importing workflows. I'm trying to figure out if this is a SharePoint issue or a Nintex issue or just a random glitch. We are running SharePoint 2010 and have upgraded to the latest version of Nintex and Nintex forms.If I have posted this in the wrong spot, please let me know and I will remedy that right away.

Hi All,I have one list, list has 2 column's.  1) "Engagement Name" Column 2) "Assign To" Column   Here Engagement Name column is lookup column, and it's looking up same list and same column for the value.   and my question is Engagement Name column contains multiple engagement names. I want to filter Engagement            Names Based on Assign To Column in the list.  ex: if I open the Nintex forms i want to see only my Engagement Names in the lookup filed through filter options. Give me some suggestions !!!Thanks,Santhosh.

I'm having trouble with my getting my Nintex form list lookup dropdown to behave how I want it to. I'm very new to both Nintex and javascript, so please excuse me if I use the wrong terms or miss out important information.I have a list lookup dropdown control on my form that is linked to a column in a separate list I've produced in SharePoint 2013. It displays the contents of that list just fine, and lets you pick any entry. I also have a yes/no control on the form. Hi Alli am not so good with regular expressions but i need the following. In most cases the users have a normal department when i query the profile in the workflow. for example FG-26External users however have "Im Auftrag von / by order of FG-920".What i need in that case is a regular expression that only stores FG-920.Can anyone help me with this easy task?RegardsPascal

Nintex Workflow Question for SharePoint 2013:Requirement:Change SP Group permissions from Approve to Read for Library that has unique permissions from its site. Users in this group have to have Read permissions from Monday thru Friday and Approve on Saturday and Sunday.Actions Taken:I created two different workflows that use Web Call Services to change the access permissions level from Approve to Read and then back to Approve. I had scheduled these workflows to run during certain times. They both ran as scheduled, but did not change the permission levels. Instead they produced an error stating that workflow has ended unexpectedly.Has anyone worked on a solution similar to my requirements? Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Hi, this is my 1st Post here :-)I m struggling on set up multiple conditions on a panel I m trying to disable. Straight forward with InfoPath, but seems not with Nintex. There are 3 text boxes(single line string):Textbox1, Textbox2, Textbox3, What I m trying to achieve is:If Textbox1 doesn't equal to Textbox2 in Edit mode, disable the panelORIf Textbox1 doesn't equal to Textbox3, disable the panel1st attempt: I made it with formula under condition as this:textbox1!=Textbox2 && is edit mode || textbox1!=textbox3Didn't work. Panel got disabled regardless.So I was thinking the And/or relationship must be messed up. Hopefully, you've already completed challenge #1. But if you're like most eager people, you'd probably stumbled upon this to see what was in it. Well, let's get started.The challenge, should you accept it will be to build out two forms for two lists. The list will be identical and will contain the same fields. What we want to test is how easy is it to create a form using all the form controls available. That is all you have to do.One thing I discovered when attempting this, was the little nuances with using certain controls and trying to make them fit in a nice way on a form. I'm familiar with the Isnullorempty runtime function for Nintex Forms, however, I have a situation where I want to hide Field B when Field A has content, and show Field B when Field A is empty. Right now, using Hide for Isnullorempty is producing the opposite of what I want.
