Hi, I have created a simple Site Workflow in Nintex for Office 365, however I am finding it hard to start. I am new to Nintex Workflow for Office 365 but have 3 years’ experience in Nintex Workflows for SharePoint 2013 (on premise). In the latter one, you could start a Site Workflow by scheduling it. Is the option not available in Nintex Workflow for Office 365? If not, what are the other options for starting a Site Workflow in Office 365? I have tried starting the Site Workflow from a List Workflow in the same site but am getting an error: When I click on Suspended, I get this:This is how I have configured the list workflow that is supposed to start the site workflow:Is there anything I have wrongly configured here? I’ll really appreciate if you point me in the right direction, please.
Hi Team,I want to know is there any way which we can retrigger the flexi task action email notification to the assigned approver.Sometimes the approver accidentally delete the email notification on the task assigned to them.
Any idea why people-picker fields would stop working on forms that have not been touched?People-picker fields are not working properly on a number of Nintex forms. The behavior is as follows:If there is more than one people picker filed on a form, the drop down list from a given field is blocked by the ones below it (see attachment for an illustration). This is happening on more than one form. On one form, a people picker filed is not working at all (drop-down never appears).None of the forms that are misbehaving have been changed recently. Deleting and replacing the field does not correct the problem. Nor does restoring the last known good version of the form.
HiI'm getting the following error from a workflow that hasn't had any changes made to it. Does anyone know what might be causing this error?Object of type 'System.Workflow.Activities.CorrelationTokenInvalidatedHandler' cannot be converted to type 'System.Workflow.ComponentModel.IActivityEventListener`1[System.Workflow.Runtime.CorrelationTokenEventArgs]'.
hi, May I know how can I change the label of maximum file size of the attachment in nintex form ?
I have a requirement to have 12 stakeholders indicate their approval via lazy approval - as long as none reject and doesn't matter how many actually approve, after 7 days, we want to automatically end this approval task and move to next level of approver and change the unanswered stakeholders' status to "No response". At any time we do want to see which of the 12 stakeholders have approved it on a SharePoint site displaying the status. Should I still do a SharePoint group with the 12 users with "all approve" and a "timer" action or do a "support list" that assigns a flexi-task to each of them and run them parallel? When I did this 2nd option before it seemed to create errors on the workflow when the multiple approvers responded so I'd have to end the workflow and then restart which would then cause confusion among those who had already approved. TIA!

Question How to delete workflow reporting data that appears in the out of the box Process Overview reports? Answer Please note that the below methods of cleaning up the information shown in the process overview reports is used to delete completed instances. This is often done on test/development environments where previous completed processes are not needed for an audit history. The other method for cleaning up reporting information and data without deletion of data is to use the K2 Archive Tool. Archving removes older data out of the K2 Database into a separate storage location. This data can then be restored or in custom reporting for audit purposes. The supported way to delete information that is shown in the process overview reports is to delete the historical log data at the time that the workflow is also deleted. When using K2 Managment (or workspace), navigating to the Workflow Server, select a process, and then select versions. Here you can select which versions of t
I need used the function "startswith", for to validate if the field begins '026', like thatbut don't works.
I have a flexitask assigned to about 150 people. The library that the flexitask is assigned to, the person has contribute access. However, when he tries to respond to the Flexitask, he gets a page can not be displayed. Could this have anything to do with the browser he is using. One other thing about this is that it is a word document that he is reviewing. When he accesses the document, it asks to "Enable Content", which all other users don't get this warning. As always, assistance is greatly appreciated.
I'm considering disabling many of the advance Interaction actions in production site collections, and requiring people that need those actions to create their WFs in a Test farm so that they can be reviewed before getting moved into Prod. 1. Does this seem like a good idea?2. If we do this, can the tested WFs get imported into a site that does not have an action enabled or does the target site need to duplicate the development site features/settings?
Hi, i use a list (multiple-selection) in my Nintex 2016 Form. The List can hold up to 20 or more items. My Problem: The multiple select-field shows only 4 rows, but i need to see more rows. The Code of the HTMl-Element:<select name="XYZ" class=" nf-client-control " id="idXYZ1" style="width: 100%;" size="4" multiple="multiple" formcontrolid="d2733917-13de-4a20-97ec-dab52223ec49" data-use-attribute-as-value="data-nfChoiceValue">... some options ...</select>Now i need a solution to overwrite the "size='4'" with css or other features in Nintex Forms 2016
In a Nintex form, I need the user to be able to enter items and then have those items be the choices in a choice field also on the form. That choice column will then be used within a repeating section. I thought this would be easiest to achieve using a multiline text box but I can't figure out a way to make this happen.I basically want the items the user types in to 'clone' over to the choice field box, if that makes sense.Any suggestions?

Hi everyone. I have a dropdown with four choices. I have two panels. Choice A will show / unhide panel 1.Choice B, C or D will show / unhide panel 2. B, C & D (all share the same panel input)I have tried using a rule like this, but it only seems to take the first two into consideration:not(or(contains(SourceType,'School / Community Agency'), contains(SourceType,'Family / Self'), contains(SourceType,'Medical / PCP')))Medical / PCP doesn't work.Any ideas on how to have more than two choices unhide a panel?
If I have a WF that request approval most of the time the user will respond from within the email and click on Approve or decline. Occasionally though people will bypass the email and approve the item from within the item page. When this happens then my WF never ends and I have an Orphan WF How can I terminate or end this WF ?Note within my WF I have"Request Approval" - Sends email requesting aaproval"Set Approval Status" - If someone selects Approve/Decline I use the "Set Approval Status" to update the SharePoint Approval status.
So I only go in search of memes when I want to create a blog and post about something cool. You're welcome for some odd, funny, not so humorous GIF that keeps repeating and I'm not even sure what movie that is from.As of 6/13/17 we updated responsive forms yet again and the features set keeps getting stronger. We have just deployed the update for the Responsive Forms functionality. It now includes the following updates:Improved Drag and Drop experiencePrint to PDF Import/exportUndo/redoUpdated iconsBug fixesThis will require clearing the browser cache to see the new designer. So with those updates, here's the 3rd challenge.Create a new list on your site and let's try to build a new form for Frank. However, there's a catch. Don't create your fields first. Start with a blank form canvas and let's see how good you are. Build a form that can capture the following details and time yourself on how fast you can do this.NameDateEmailPhoneLocation/CountryInterest - forms, workflow, mobile, analy
Once the form is submitted, user cannot submit the form again for 24 hours. how to achieve this?
I'm trying to get attachments to save to a document library, and I found a good article here to follow. But the instructor uses Dictionary variable types, and on premise versions of Nintex seem to not have this variable. Can I use Collection variable types in place of dictionary, and is there a good example of how to convert dictionary to colleciton?
Hi all,I seem to be having a problem with Nintex workflows and wondered if anyone else has had the same problem or if anyone knows how to fix.I have 'workflow A' that starts on item creation and item modified and when field EXAMPLE = Yes.Field EXAMPLE is updated/modified by 'workflow B' and then the conditional 'workflow A' attempts to start but gets stuck on 'Starting'.However, If I manually update field EXAMPLE to "yes" the workflow starts no problem. So its something to do with another workflow updating field EXAMPLE.Anyone previously had this problem or know how to fix?
HiWe are experiencing issues with workflows that are kicking off and are getting stuck. We tried stopping and starting the timer services, we added the commit pending changes to the workflow but it still gets stuck.Anyone has any solutions that we can tryRunning Nintex 2010Regards
HiI'm trying to set up an auto incremental workflow so that when the number of items in a SharePoint list hits 5 an email is generated. I'm following this: https://www.habaneroconsulting.com/insights/Nintex-Workflows-makes-it-easy-to-create-an-auto-incrementing-column-in-SharePoint#.WSf26U32aUm I've set up a separate list called Auto Incremental for the functionality. However when I get to stage 4 on the Set field value action. Nintex isn't seeing the Auto Incremental list or the Task # column. What am I doing wrong?
Case:Each meeting can have multiple nota's. Each nota can have multiple documents. Each time a nota (list item with attachment) is created that belongs to a meeting, my WF creates a folder in a seperate document library, named as the meeting (it's a unique string)Afterwards my WF creates a subfolder in the meeting folder, named as the ID of my nota (unique). Then some more magic happens and my workflow ends Problem:When the attachments are deleted for one of my notes, I want to delete the subfolder as wellI would like to do a query list to find out whether a subfolder already exists having the ID of my nota as nameI check for "name = ID of my nota" as queryDoes not work, I do not get any results at allWorks perfect for the first folder level (name = meeting name), not sublevelTried checking the "Recursive" checkbox already, no luck Some great minds having a solution?
I was asked to create a workflow and wanted to get advice on the best way to set this up. Basically, it is a workflow to follow 6 different checklists depending on the “Subject”. Each checklist has 30 - 40 steps. The workflow should keep track of the date that each step on the checklist is completed. Let’s say the checklists are called 1) Dialer, 2) SQRP, 3) Mainframe, 4) Campaign, 5) Collections, 6) Statements The Intake form will have 4-6 fields with one of the fields called “Subject”. The possible values of the “subject” field will be Dialer, SQRP, Mainframe, Campaign, Collections, Statements. Depending on which “subject” is selected, the workflow will keep track of the steps for that specific subject. How should I set this up?Should I have 7 lists, 1 For the Intake Request and 6 for each of the Subjects?Or should I have 1 List that has the fields on the Intake form and 240 fields (6 Subjects x 40 Steps) for the various check lists? If I go with #1, and kick off the Nintex workf
