I have two fields  Do you need coffee (Yes or No) Flat rate with a default value of 40$ I'm trying to use a conditional statement to increase the default value by 10$ if Yes is selected for coffee.    Example: Coffee Yes, Total = 50$ If(equals(RequireCoffee, "Yes"), flatrate+10)

I am using Nintex form and workflow to update SharePoint list item. First activity on workflow is "Assign a task". So as soon as I try to update SharePoint list item, Approver should get email for approval of the change. My observation and problem is, approver not getting email when I am updating a SharePoint list item created by one user but approver getting email for approval, when I am updating a SharePoint list item created by other user.   At the same time, I am able to update any SharePoint list item using "Edit in grid view" option and this does not trigger a workflow at all. I am a owner of SharePoint site, so I have all required access to add, update and delete item.

I have a form that an end user fills out to request a virtual ip for our load balancer. Once submitted a workflow is started through the approval process.   What i am not sure how to handle is once the task is assigned to the reviewer, he will open the form add the virtual ips, and set the status to completed or rejected. Originally i only thought completed but just in case there was some need i wanted to give the opportunity for reject or complete.    When he adds the ip info and sets the status field to complete will the form then change the move the workflow task out come to completed/rejected and move to the appropriate state machine or do i need to do something else?   Thank you for any help or guidance.

Hello!   Let me preface this by saying I am in no way a developer, but have used these forums thus far with great success in building my team's SharePoint site.  We are working on SharePoint 2013.  So, I have my site built, and have a Nintex form completed.  I have two issues I'm struggling to resolve.   First, users are able to access the form, but when submitting the form, they are receiving "Access denied.  You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource".  I have checked the permissions for the groups.  Visitors are set to contribute and members are set to edit.  What else would be keeping someone from submitting the form?   My second issue is how to hide a field.  This form is being used as a work intake form.  The user completes the form and a notification is sent to my team.  We have a field on the form for our team to use to identify what submissions have been keyed into JIRA by our team.  We want our team to be able to see and select "yes" or "no" for

Hi, In my Nintex Form, when the requester selects the Country, based on the selection a text field has to get show if it is LatAM or NAM, The country is list of United States (Includes Canada) and Latin American Countries. I have used the syntax as lookup(Country,Title,Country,Region) i am very much aware that this is incorrect. The Country List has the Country Names in the Title Column and the Region with LatAM and NAM values. I am using a Calculated Value. Kindly assist me on this. Thank you in advance.

Afternoon all   Thought this would be straight forward but can't find a solution to this!   A user adds an attachment to a form then submits. I want to send out an email where later users can click on a link to the attachments and I'm going round in circles!   I'm using Nintex 2013 On Prem. All help appreciated!

Hi Nintex Community!   We have an issue regarding the Nintex Web Services. We are working on a sharepoint ADD IN on a "on premises" environment and we are trying to make a request to the Nintex Web Service from the add in application, since the sharepoint add ins resides in a different domain we receive a cross domain exception. To query the sharepoint api and web services there is no problem because a workaround exists for the cross domain issue but for the nintex web services it seems that there is no workaround. There is a way we can access the nintex web services from the add in page without receiving the cross domain exception?   Thanks!

Hi all, Is it possible to make a filed mandatory if another field is not empty? I have two fields and my goal is if the user fill one field the other field become mandatory? Thanks in advance for your help.  

We have a Nintex form published on Nintex Live and gets launched from Nintex Live via the form’s Live URL.  That URL can contain parameter values (example: &p1=Hello&p2=World) that get loaded into form fields that are set up to accept those parameter values when the form is opened (lauched).  This all works as expected.  The parameter values that are contained in the URL are in clear text.  We do not want to send parameter values in the URL string as clear text. I’m wanting to know if a Nintex Live Form URL can have encrypted parameter values, and can the Nintex form decrypt those encrypted parameter values in the URL and load those into the target form fields?  Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Nintex workflow set on a "Employee Directory" custom list that adds a user to a specific SharePoint group when a new employee is added to that list, it works fine.  What I need to now is to have a workflow that will REMOVE a user if they are deleted from this group.  Is this possible?

Hello!  I am trying to access a table in a SQL Server that isn't the SharePoint SQL Server Database Engine.  I am able to use the SQL Request control to access our SharePoint SQL Server Database Engine but not any other one.  Is there something I'm missing?  I know the control has found the server, but it is giving me a "Login failed" error.  Is this something I have to change within the SQL Server itself or in the control settings? Any help is appreciated!!! Owen

Hi,I'm trying to create a form so the employees can book a pool corporate car. In the form they need to state their pickup and return date and select the car from a list.I want the form to check the availability of the selected car for the selected period based on existing bookings (i.e. availability of the selected car on the calendar). I tried to achieve this through Rules, but it seems to me that I can't set a rule to do this for me.Can you please help me to get this done?Thanks  

We will be using a form where Employee ID will be used to retrieve other demographic information related to the employee from a second look up list. How can I set the 'Employee ID look up' value from the Employee ID field? I'm using a responsive form. I will not want the look up field to display - it will be hidden from the end user view.   

Hello, I want to calculate the third Monday of the month an item is created in a list and mark the item as non compliant if it is created after the third Monday. I have tried to calculate the "3rd Monday of the current month" using a calculated column, but to no joy. Can someone shed more light on how this can be done?

Hello,   I have changed a column source in one of our forms. Before that it was possible to edit the already saved form by using the "edit element" on the top left of the form (see picture in the attachment). After making the change to the form this header disapeared and I can only edit it by closing the form and selecting edit in my list.   Is it possible to bring back the edit button directly on the form?    Thanks for your help and BR  

Nintex Forms 2013 version: 2.11.8.0 I have an old form with some SQL requests controls in it which is working fine since months. Suddendly I realized when I apply any change to the SQL Request control it's not going to work anymore and this also occurs on both existing SQL Request controls and new ones inside the form. So I guess the problem it's at form level. I have same behaviour in two different forms now and I don't know how to solve this. You can realize that the form is corrupted by testing the RUN NOW function inside the SQL Request, at first try you test the query with some stored procedures parameters and it's not returning any result. 1 - Default PriceType = B00 no results:   2 - I change PriceType = Y00 and I get the correct result: 3 - I switch back PriceType = B00 and I now get the correct result: Hope you can agree that this makes no sense at all, but when you face this behavior there's no way to have the SQL Requests controls it working again on either testing&pu

I have used the JS from https://community.nintex.com/t5/Nintex-for-SharePoint/How-to-set-time-portion-of-date-time-control-in-Nintex-Forms/m-p/84743 for quite some time now in several forms. We updated our forms recently to Nintex Forms 2013 (2.11.9.0) and now the hours portion of the date/time is no longer setting - date and minutes still works fine.   I've verified with alerts that the value is still being fed correctly to the variables, but the value itself isn't being set.  I've also tested in different browsers with the same result. Has anyone else had experience with this or know how to adjust the code?

A custom control allowing designers to add a right-click menu to a SmartForm

I have a Nintex form that I have set up to appear to be "2 tabs" (Service/Tasks & Schedule). On the 1st tab, the user inputs information into text fields, some are multi-line using hyphens (-) to make a "to-do list" type format.   The 2nd tab (Schedule) has some but not all the text boxes, again multi-line, to grab the information the user input from the 1st tab and display it, in the same format. I used "Named Control" on calculated fields on the tab #2, and the information transferred fine from tab #1, however, the "bulleted" list type format is erased and jumbled.   How can I set up the display named control to use the same bulleted format to display?  This information is constantly updated.  

Hello.   Please, I need guidance on how to get the data in specific columns (say columns 5, 12 and 18) in a csv file. I get the error message "Error operating on collection variable.
