Does anyone know if it's possible to change the item properties on a particular list item after the workflow has completed? If I try <Site URL>/Lists/<List Name>/EditForm.aspx?ID=<ID> it opens the form in Nintex Designer, rather than SharePoint. Is there some way of opening the list in SharePoint without deleting the Nintex form?I need to change the status of a couple of my list items because I added a new 'status' column to my list then re-published my workflow to include additional steps. This has meant that these items are not showing the correct 'status' value as they were running on an old workflow.Any help would be great. It's difficult explaining this to my end users. Thanks
I built an internal audit form for my team with 46 questions (columns). 1=Yes 0=No  blank=N/A. There are 46 possible points if every question is applicable. I need a way to calculate possible points for an item that has N/A fields. Is this possible with a workflow or calculated form value?
I have a form for a Client list and want to be able to have a user click a button from that form to open a new item form on a Correspondence list and carry over the unique ID from the Client list. Also to note, the unique ID is not obvious to the user, and it can take 6 fields from the Client list before a record is unique. I didn't see this question on the forum, and am hoping this is straight-forward to put in place. Thank you very much for your time!
Hello. I had looked into this and most of what I have seen is using calculated fields to accomplish this. I have lookup columns in my list and I can put those in the form just fine. What I can' do is show fields that pull in the results. I want to look at a user list based off of a user cade and it bring in the user name so the person submitting the form can see who the user is tied to that user idea. I don't know why this isn't a very easy option. Thanks!‌
In Nintex 2013 form, I want to use a button using JavaScript to reset several dropdown lists containing corporate departments. I have searched for examples but nothing works.
Hi All,I need to display a dynamic html table (with table column, break line and anchor link) into the label of nintex approval form, but seems like the forms do not recognise html code.can someone help on this ?thanks
Hello,I have a Sharepoint List which is filled by a Nintex form. This works good. In a second form I want to show a couple of fields from the list (but not every field from the first form). For that I created a workflow (just the action 'log in history list') and created a workflow start form. This works as well. Now my question: When I print the form, with standard browser function, the whole website will be printed. I just want to print the form itself (red fram in the attached screenshot). Is there a way to do that? Thanks, Peter
Hello,I am trying to build a site page on my sharepoint site with a few lists on it. The user will select from one list, which will filter and narrow down the results on a second list. Then they will select on the 2nd list and it will open up a Nintex Forms List Form web part which is embedded on the page that is in edit mode, they can edit and save the changes and then select a different record and do the same. This was all working last week, I went to try and display it to my boss and it stopped working saying "There is an error in XML document (1, 1)." when the user selects a record to display the List Form web part. I've tried searching all over and I am not seeing anyone else with these issues. My guess is its something to do with the Nintex form itself. I've tried recreating it and it's still not working. Anyone have any ideas? I am not a programmer, just someone that is tasked to move some excel sheets and functionality to sharepoint within my company.Thank you,Richard
Hi all and welcome to a new Community Mission! In this mission you don't have to build a form, you don't have to build a workflow so..what you are requested to do?Just a simple fix on an existing workflow that currently has some issues..attached to this post you can find all you need for your environment (there is a zip file for who is on O365 and one for on-premises). You just need to have Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms installed and then you can start setting up your personal playground. How to setup the scenario:Import the three list templates that are in the zip (they template are for an English website) Create a list for each template (you should use template name as list name) In list "CommunityMissionDestination" you have to create a lookup column based on the settings shown in LookupConfiguration.png (the image is in the zip) In list "CommunityMissionSource" you have to import the Nintex Forms available in the zip and publish it In list "CommunityMissionSource" you have to im
Hi GangI have a SharePoint 2013 List that has an "Expiry" date Field. I want to run a workflow that will send an email to someone that lists all the List items that are going to expire within a week. I know I can create a View for this but I want an automated email sent. Is this possible?Andy
Currently, I'm in the process of un-publishing old workflows and then importing in new ones but when I go in to edit the workflow settings in an old workflow that has an Assign Flexi Task, I get an error message at the top. Then, when I import a workflow that has an Assign Flexi Task and I try to publish it, I get this pop up message.I didn't have an issue when I was working in a different library a few weeks ago. Any ideas as to what's going on here or how to resolve this issue??? I'm still on Nintex 2010.

To watch their own submission, but only their own and not others. 2. Limit them to add only one item, I do not want them to add themselves more than onceI've given myself complete control and I can watch everyone submission. Any ideas?Â
For some reason, this error comes up on a date control in the Nintex mobile phone. The same control works fine in both the Desktop and Smartphone design. There are no rules nor formatting setup on this control. It is a required control, but even if I pull the requirement off the error still appears. If anyone has an idea on what to look for, please let me know. Here are screenshots of the control and the error:

I have a functional workflow that does this:Looks to see if an item (a file in a document library "A") has the column "Ready" checked off (=Yes)If Ready=YesCopies the file from "A" (PrepLib) to document library "B" (ReadyLib)Deletes the file from "A"It works fine, but I know I need to do some validationCheck that a file with that name wasn't already in B before I allowed the copy.Validate that the file was successfully copied into B before I delete it from A.How do I do this? I think I want to:Before the Copy: check for the Title of the current item (in A) and see if exists in Bif YES, stop the workflow, and send a messageBefore the Delete: check for the Title of the current item in B and see if exists in Bif YES, let it flow to the Delete stepif NO, stop the workflow, and send a messageI don't know which of the workflow actions to choose, or how to configure. I'm considering "Query List" or "Request data". I've been researching for this answer, and haven't been able to find an exa
Hello, where do i find a list of all avaible actions in Nintex for Sharepoint online (Office 365)? Better would be a list where all actions are listed, which are not avaible in Sharepoint online but in Sharepoint on prem.Thank you!
I am creating a form with two date fields, Start Date and Expiration Date. I need to make sure that the Expiration Date is within 365 days of the Effective Date. IE Start Date 1/1/2019 Expiration Date 12/31/2019 is VALID, but Start Date 1/1/2019 Expiration Date 2/28/2020 is invalid. I tried creating a validation range where minimum value was set to Effective Date, then tried using the following formula for Maximum Value:    =fn-LessThanOrEqual(fn-DateDiffDays(Start Date, Expiration Date), 365) Unfortunately, this always came back as false, no matter what date was entered.I also tried creating a validation rule using this formula:lessThanOrEqual(dateDiffDays(Start Date,Expiration Date),365)This also seems to always fail, regardless of the Expiration Date entered.I'm not sure how to proceed from here. I'm new to formulas and functions in Nintex and could use some guidance. Also, if anyone has a link to a good basic tutorial on creating this formulas, it would be helpful. Thank you!
I have working with a workflow to build a repeating section.I have a collection (coll_BusinessUnit)Â where I get all items when ID is the same. When the workflow is within the For Each, it suspends and I get the following error:Â Index property is greater than the number of items of item collection.I have a counter for the collection, and it counts 10 items. I tried to set the variable to 0 and sum 1 in the For Each, but it doesn't work.Any idea?
I have two work flows. One will add an item to a list view upon approval. The other will remove the item from the list view upon approval. Right now the user has to go to the list and start the different work flows from there. How do I add a control on the form to switch which workflow will start after it is saved?
Hello,I think I have a simple question.I'm new on this forum and starting to work with nintex.I have a nintex form with two pulldown fields.A and B, both only have answer Yes an No.If A is No you have to fill in some questions.(multiple fields visible)If A is Yes, than you go to pulldown B.If B is No, you go to an URL/Link.If B is Yes, you go to the same fields/questions as A-->NoI have 4 rules for each option. But when I want to make the fields/questions visible for B-->Yes than I don't see them.I already selected the fields/questions in the rule for A-->No.That is the problem I think.I tried to solve it with adding an extra panel. The rule I used to make the field in-/visible is: "name of the SP colom"!='Yes or No' for example: answer!='Yes'Hope you can help me.Thanx in advance.Greets Jan

Using Nintex Workflow for on-prem SharePoint 2013 and what I want to do is convert a Folder in a document library to a document set. it would appear that no one else on here has wanted to do that - but I am sure that's just because they have had no issues with doing it. I have tried using "Update item" to change the content type - this does in fact change the content type column from Folder to Document Set but doesn't actually change the folder into a document set.I also tried using the Copy item action after I had changed the content type column hoping it would be clever enough to create me a new item as a document set, but that also did not work.Open to trying all weird and wonderful, fudgey ways, so hit me up with your best tips please.
