Hi everyone,I'm working on a Nintex form which has mandatory fields. I'm using both the save and save button. The logic I want in my form are;Save button- allows user to save document even when mandatory fields are blankSave and submit button - does not let the user submit (save and submit) document if mandatory fields are left blank.I have read all the previous posts on this forum about this issue, but none of them have being helpful.I will appreciate any help I can get with this.Cheers!

Hi, I am sending an email by collection variable and it is working fine.My Collection variable contains the information like,- colUserData[0] = 'abc@test.com;pqr@test.com;mno@test.com'- colUserData[1] = 'jkl@test.com'- colUserData[3] = 'pqr@test.com;jkl@test.com;'- colUserData[4] = 'abc@test.com'- colUserData[...] = 'xyz@test.com'- colUserData[5000] = 'abc@test.com'I just wanted to know,Is there any limit to send email to users via collection variable? Hi Everyone, I have a field on my Nintex form called "PUT Expiration Date."  When that date is completed on the form, I would like to set up a workflow that emails a User Group 7 days prior to that date.  Seems like a simple ask and probably a common need across the board.  But some of these Sharepoint/Nintex items aren't very intuitive. Please help! I have a travel request form that I am rebuilding in the new responsive layout.  I have a few dropdowns that were hidden or shown based on the chosen option.  For instance, one is what type of employee: State, Contractor, or Vendor.  Based on each of these, I need the emplyee number or the contract company name or the vendor ID.  I have tried adding a rule but the only option is to hide not show, and the appearance by expression in the settings of the items don't seem to work in any combination.

Fairly new to Nintex, I have looked around and haven't found a solution for this yet.  I have a document library that gets updated with a new file daily.  I want to take that new file attach it and email it out to clients.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hello,  I'm new here to Nintex and have searched several other posts that are similar to what I am looking for, but can't get my workflow to execute correctly. I'm needing a workflow to run daily that will look at the date field (date the item was scheduled) for all items, and then move any items that are over 395 days old from the scheduled date, to an archive list. I've attempted to calculate a date using, date when action is executed -395, and saving to a date/time variable. Then, query my list for when the scheduled date is less than my variable date. But, when running/executing the query no results are populating. Please help!    

Hi. I'm new here and I've spent about an hour searching but didn't find the solution I needed, so here goes the dumb question of the day.. In bullet form so I don't go all long-winded; - I have a SharePoint 2013 environment.  We're using Nintex 2013 with Infopath forms.- I have a custom list written for a Trouble Ticket System.  It has a field called "Resolution" which is a Enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks) field.- I have a Nintex Workflow which sets up a variable called "varResolution" which is a "multiple lines of text" field.- After entering the text, the workflow sets the list field Resolution to equal varResolution. It's supposed to (I thought) be formatted to include paragraph breaks.  Unfortunately, all I'm getting is one long, run-on paragraph with zero line breaks and zero formatting.  My customers are complaining that they can't really read my responses because they're unformatted run-on text. Is there a way that I can fix it so that the tex

Hello I am using a repated section with a dropdown field [ItemStatus] "Booked" or "Collected".I also added calculated [total_ItemStatus] value within the form to show the selected options e.g.: [Collected, Booked, Collected] Is there a way to count how many "Collected" are within the [total_ItemStatus] field?I have tried something like, see below, but not working. count(contains(ItemStatus, "Collected"))Any advise?

Hello,  Currenlty on SharePoint 2013, using Nintex Forms Classic and Modern. I cannot seem to get Recurrence working on my Nintex Form. It does not look like it is supported on Modern form. I see field on classic look, but it does not seem to work. Stays as "No" on the edit form. Any help how can i use it with nintex forms? Thanks. 

Assume for the moment that Node 2 of a LB farm (with 2 nodes) has failed, and the node will not be reinstalled.  How do we go about removing the bad node from the config?  I cannot find anything in the help that identifies how this should be done. 

Bare with me as I am moving from InfoPath to Nintex Forms O365.  On many of my InfoPath forms, I created a weekly status field and a status history field (read only.)  When a user enters a weekly status, I used a concatenate function to apply todays date to the weekly status and the user to populate the Status History field.  Upon submittial of the form, Status History appears like this 04/02/2019 - Here is my weekly update - (Doe, John) 03/26/2019 - Weekly status - (Doe, John)How can I accomplish this in Nintex Forms O365 without creating a workflow

  Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem with validating the textbox in nintex form to not accepting spaces as a value.I want the text box accept only Arabic or English characters with spaces in between and I did it using regular expresion :^(?![s.]+$)[u0600-u065Fu066A-u06EFu06FA-u06FFa-zA-Zs.]+[u0600-u065Fu066A-u06EFu06FA-u06FFa-zA-Z-s._]*$ but when the user enters only space it accept it and take it like it's a value. Even when I removed the regular expresion it still accept the spaces.  I need help please I've spend two days for searching about this problem :(  

Dear Community, I have an issue where the Worfklow (Flexi-Tas) is sending reminders to the user, after the task has been completed.  As a concrete example:The Flexi-Task is configureted with a 10-Day reminder Cyclus. The system generates a new Task on 20.03.2019 and the user completes his Flexi-Task straight away (also 20.03.2019). As the Flexi-Tas was the last task of the Worfklow, also the WF is completed.Nevertheless, the system sends out the reminder on 30.03.2019 to complete the Flexi-Task (that has already been completed 10 Days before).  Any ideas how to fix this? I cannot identify any issues, and find it extremely weird that a "Completed" Workflow is still able to send out reminders. Bests,Paavo 

I have notification workflows created to send a notification with multilined comments fields with append text enabled. When executing the notification workflow it sends the notification of the most recent comment in the comment fields which is what I want. Then when entering new comments in the list in one of the comment fields and then executing the workflow its does not email all the previous comments fields only the comments in the newly entered one comment field. I would like the notificaiton workflow to email the most recent comments for each multi lines comment field every time I execute the workflow. Is there a way to do this?

There is a list L in site collection A and a workflow on this list L. There is another site collection B with Document Library containing Doc-Sets and having some properties. These properties are related to fields in list L. Whenever there is a change in List L properties the workflow should run and update properties of respective Doc-Set. I am using O365 Update Items action for this. But the workflow suspends giving error 'Unable to find list item to update.' The match conditions are everything else is fine like permissions and all. Please give guidance on this

I've noticed there is a topic about a successful Form Sent message to the user on User Voice. I'm not seeing that functionality when our users submit a form on their mobile devices. We are on Nintex Forms 2013 Standard (2.9.0.0 - yes, it's old) not Enterprise and therefore do not have Nintex App Studio. Is this feature only restricted to Forms deployed with App Studio or is there a way for me to enable it from Nintex Form Designer?

I have setup a reminder email, that is canceled and restarted when date is changed in item. I have tested an item multiple times to ensure the workflows are working together, and noticed I am receive multiple reminder emails for one list item. Looks as tho the workflow is looking at how many times the Reminder WF kicked off in Workflow History and kicking off that many reminders out. How do I get the workflow to only send one reminder?

Hi. I am receiving and error when trying to set up Excel Services. When testing I continually receive the "We couldn't find the file you wanted" error. I have tried a few different URLs and had a collegue try also.Has anyone else experienced this or have a suggestion?  

On the Nintex form, I am having an issue that the Rules pane is not showing the bottom part which should display the hide and Disable checkboxes for Formatting. This was displaying before, and not sure why it no longer allows me to scroll down to see the bottom part. I tried it with different zooms but still not showing. At one point , I also had a similar issue where the rules were not showing at all eventhough I checked the Show All option. That seem to get resolved now. Could someone please give me some insight on how to resolve this issue with not being able to scroll down to see the bottom part of the rules pane? Thank You.

I have one large list called "Projects" that has a Status column. When an item's status is changed to "Resolved", the list workflow should wait 2 weeks and then be deleted from the Projects list and copied to an archive list. I have a site workflow that creates a new archive list using a specific template each month. Each list has a unique name, such as "Archive List April 2019", "Archive List May 2019", etc.  When i use the "Copy Item" or "Create Item" action in the list workflow, I can only select lists that already exist. I need to be able to use a variable - since the list name will change. Is there any way that this is possible? I need to seperate the archives by month because in the past, pushing them all to one list has resulted in a list with over 10,000 entries. Trying to avoid that.
