Bare with me as I am moving from InfoPath to Nintex Forms O365. On many of my InfoPath forms, I created a weekly status field and a status history field (read only.) When a user enters a weekly status, I used a concatenate function to apply todays date to the weekly status and the user to populate the Status History field. Upon submittial of the form, Status History appears like this

03/26/2019 - Weekly status - (Doe, John)
How can I accomplish this in Nintex Forms O365 without creating a workflow
