We are getting Error 5 message for send and receive. We followed the instructions per link (https://community.nintex.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Email-Error-5/ta-p/98617). Unable to resolve the issue. No anti-virus, SMTP server allows the foxtrot desktop and the email is whitelisted. We restarted the services.
From Outlook client, we are able to send and receive using the same configuration. We added Credentials to RPA and tried different email accounts (company domain and gmail).
Please provide further troubleshooting directions.
