Nintex Cloud Workflow form attachment failure

I created a workflow in Nintex  cloud with a form start event. The form contains one attachment section but if any files are attached the form will not submit with the message “File Upload filed.” The sample file I am using as an attachment is a 9 Bytes text file.

Is there some setting I need to enable to allow files to be attached?

​@ClarenceW did you see this post? A search on Community for “File Upload filed” presented a few existing posts on the topic. It might be due to settings that need to be configured by your Admin.

Thanks Sasan, I had not seen that post. But it appears my issue is related to the connection were the file storage configuration was pointed.
