Issue Description When a K2 Workflow has multiple create reference or SmartObject steps that point to the same SmartObject (which contain a dot in its name and when an output mapping is renamed), a duplicate reference is created in the context browser. Issue DescriptionWhen you have installed the K2 Five (5.4) March 2022 Cumulative Update and the K2 Five (5.4) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 01, you notice that some of the tasks, which have been assigned to the users contains 2 Serial Number (SN) parameters in the Task Forms URL.
