Nintex Automation K2

Hi,I’m a beginner of creating K2 workflow. My boss gave me a task which is creating this workflow (figure 1). I am using K2 worksapce’s website. I have already put the email address which is the same as in the setting (figure 2). But I didn’t receive any email after deploy this workflow and submit the form.Figure 1Figure 2I’m following this website but I cannot do this part due to I don’t have figure 3.Figure 3

We have tried running the Setup Manager after a database restore, and we  end up with this error as attached in one of the servers. We are in the process of Upgrading a K2 V4.7  to 5.5. At the moment the k2 4.7 is installed on our company sql server. Our aim is to install a fresh installation of 5.5 on the same sql server. So we end up with two k2 Sql databases (different names example k2, K2config. Would this create any issues on installation? or anyone had experienced issues with this kind of installation ? Thanks 

Hi, i created a custom control with Smart Object.i deployed and its working fine. now issue is. i want to iterate that smartobject in for loop in rule as in below image. but its not showing any message on button click. I have come across the below article when researching how to upgrade from 5.5 to 5.6:This is not contained within any of the release notes for this version. Is it something I still need to be concerned about?In the release notes, it mentions that the .1 version of the installer...“Fixed the bug relating to the K2 Configuration Service not able to connect to SQL when a SQL Alias was configured on the SQL Server.”Does anyone know if this fix is referring to the issue mentioned in the article? There is no KB given and the article above doesn’t mention anything about aliases. Thanks in advance.

Hi all,Please i need a solution on how to validate some data on my excel sheet which i am uploading to a smartobject using excel export service.on the excel sheet i have a colunm Barcode, Name, AssetType, SerialNo etc which i am uploading but i want to use the barcode on tjhe excel sheet for validate whereby if the barcode exist on the smartobject the system wont upload that row or colunm on the smartobject.Thank is advance.  

Hi,i have a list view (List view A) which i input a data into on a form and i also have another list view (List view B) which just contain data…List view A consist of item, Quantity, Budget etc WHILE List view B consist of Budget, Balance, Request etci am getting the budget in the List view A from List view B, doing a get list.i have a procedure which i pass in the value on the list view A  to do a deduction or addition, if the budget value from list view B is 3 which i get into budget of list view A and i input 2 into my quantity controlthe procedure ought to deduct the quantity value from the budget in list view B but it does not.my thought was may be the procedure is not picking the value on the list cause when i use SMO test to test the procedure works fine. Kindly help with a solution on this.thanks in advance.

we have configured K2SQL authentication and enabled all the Pre-requisite and however when we try to login using K2SQL then getting below error.  Claim mapping configuration cannot be found for this claim. Claim information: Name='XXX', Issuer='FormsSTS', Original Issuer='FormsSTS'. How do I create a workflow in nintex 2013? I need to select all the old items and keep only the items of the quarter, ie today's date -4 months whatever is minor delete, I managed to do with the date calculation however it does not fix the quarter.

Hi All,I just want to know if there is way to revert back to previous Task/Activity.Details: Let’s assume i have a workflow running where it involves 2 Activities one after another. When the workflow is in Activity 2, is it possible to redirect it to Activity 1/Short Close it (Not via the Management Portal or SMO Tester Tool).Expectation: Like configuring the Activity 2 output using another form or view. I tried all the ways, so just double confirming whether this can be achievable or not.

How to shrink a two page nintex form to 1 page when print to pdf

We encountered an error message when upgrading to K2 5.2 to 5.6. Unable to validate encryption. Reconfigure K2 from the Start Menu, if the problem persists see https://community.nintex.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Commands-to-update-K2-Database:encryption/ta-p/123784 for more information. Even after reconfigure, the issue persists.Has anyone else encountered the same issue?  

We currently have K2 Five (5.3), no fix pack. We would like to upgrade to K2 Five (5.6).  Do we have to upgrade to 5.4, 5.5, then 5.6? or Can we go directly to K2 Five (5.6)? Thanks in advance, Kim

Hi,   Is there a way to rename the attachment in k2 smart form? I need to rename the file by adding a sequence number at the end of the file for the same filename so as not to overwrite the existing file and for history purposes. 1st File Name: SiteLocation.pdf 2nd: SiteLocation-01.pdf 3rd: SiteLocation-02.pdf   Thanks Dabuskol  

Good day, how to configure different URLs with different authentication issuers on the same environment? for instance, I need to configure https://k2W.denallix.com to use windows integrated authentication while https://k2F.denallix.com to use form based authenticationand https//k2AAD.denallix.com to use Azure active directory authentication and all of the above URLs are on the same environment

Good Day  So on my workflows i have always used smart forms and on each task they auto generate a view with ' Folio , Activity Name, Instructions and select action' as seen on my 'approver task' screenshot i provided. I would like to remove that whole view and use my own controls on my form to select an action on either Approve , Rework or Decline.  Approved: Takes it to another Task for approverDecline : Declines and sends emailRewok: id like it to ReOpen original sent form so user can resubmit Task. all without that auto generted view  How would i go about doing this?

Is it possible to use the Page Viewer Form Control to show the list items attachment?In our environment, we are using an on premise Nintex 2013 version, (we haven’t moved to O365 yet). Our department does not have access to install any SharePoint Server side code, and our IT department doesn’t allow for niche code changes on the server. Also, I don’t write code but I do stumble through JavaScript enough to get by. To sum up, my options are limited.The project is a Purchasing Card Expense Report Form, where the receipt for the purchase is the list item attachment. One of the requirements is to have the form and attachment print to a single PDF. It doesn’t have to be pretty, it just needs to show the form data and the receipt (aka, attachment). I was thinking that if I could get the Page Viewer From Control to view the attachment, then I could use a Button Control to do a screen print of the form and attachment together.Is this possible? If so, could I get any cod
