Issue Description
When you configure a SmartObject with a filter panel on a custom option, the SmartField is blank, and a JavaScript error occurs.
Error Message
The following error occurs:
ERROR TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'systemName')
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- Nintex Automation (5.7) Fix Pack 07.
- Ensure you have installed the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links above for the required version.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
