DocGen Cuts Off Currency ISO Code?

DocGen for Salesforce does not display the full ISO currency code in generated documents. It works fine with USD (displayed as $) but with other currencies, e.g. KES, DocGen just seems to take the last letter. So instead of showing "KES 9,000.00" it shows "S9,000.00". I am using the Default setting in the field tagger.  Has anyone run into this and found a solution?

Using dynamically included templates

Hi, all! I am attempting to create a proposal based on the Salesforce order object. I have everything working fine except when it comes to the dynamic inclusion of templates. I have four products each having it's own product family.  Each of the templates represents the product information for one of the products.  I want the templates to be included only when the respective product is added to the order.  For some reason I get one but not the others or I get none. I have tried using different tags from the order product object, but I can't get it to work properly. Does anyone know what I'm missing?    Thank you in advance!

Attaching documents in Salesforce to the inserted record created through 'Insert-Update' function.

I'm intiating the Docgen package from Opportunity, and added "Insert-Update" function to the pacakge.I'm inserting a record in custom object (Documents) whnever I generate a package, I want to attach the generated document to the custome object record(documents). I check the "attach to this object" in the "insert-update' function I created, but it is attaching the generated document to the opportunity attachment. My settings were set 'Salesforce Is there something I'm missing here?

Salesforce form data outputs as columns in Excel - can Nintex output as rows?

Currently, data from a Salesforce form is exported into Excel, but each attribute is a column. So with many data attributes, it's difficult to read and print. How can I get Nintex to output as rows in Excel (SFDC Lightning)? For example; all the product attributes on the vertical and the product types on the horizontal - makes for a quick and easy comparison.

We have in Salesforce Full Copy Sandbox following problem : Your organization's trial period has expired. Please have your administrator contact support for assistance. (LicenseInvalid). Error Id: 9450c162-7318-4cb5-a31b-115b5d796e27 Cannot post a support case, because credentials are not accepted and emailverification is not send to my mailbox. Maybe this way anyone from Nintex can pick up this post and resolve our problem ?thx

Excel as Middleware to do Language translations

Hi everyone!My SFDC BA is convinced we can use excel as middleware to perform language translations so I am trying to set that up now.  Ideally, the Addendum needs to be in the language the country uses (ie; US needs English and Spanish).  I have an excel file right now with 1 tab containing the Addendum in Spanish and a second tab in French.  I'm setting the table ranges per videos but I don't think its going to work as I don't understand how I can specify which tab I need to call on when running the package.  Has anyone had to do anything similar with language translations?  WE have to use over 20 different languages globally so I am looking for the easiest method to accomlish.  If excel as middleware is not best method, I am open to suggestions. Thanks all!Marie

Multiple Columns on the forms in DocGen for Salesforce?

Does anyone know if it is possible to do multiple columns in the forms a user sees when using DocGen for Salesforce?  I do not see an option for this and do not seeing any documentation on this.

AccountContactRelationship relationship returning results from related accounts?

I am generating a document off of the Opportunity object. It needs to return a table of Contact names where the Contact's role is "Main Contact."I can get it to return that table, the problem is that it is also returning "Main Contact"s from any account related to the opportunity via a custom lookup field we have. To try to make a little more sense of what's going on, our clients can potentially come to us through brokers or partnerships, and the opportunity has a custom lookup field that looks up the broker/partner so we have it on record. The table I'm getting back from my setup is returning all Main Contacts, even the ones from the company attached via the Broker/Partner field, regardless of whether or not that contact has been linked to the company I'm trying to generate a document for. It is entirely possible that a Main Contact for a given company might be from a broker and thus have a different Company Name related to them, so I can't filter by whether or not the contact is a br

Excel as Middleware

Can you build a document package in Classic, utilizing Excel as Middleware (we would use it for languagetranslation purposes)and then have the end users in Salesforce run the package in Lightning?  I am not seeing any documentation on this or posts either so any guidance would be appreciated.

SOQL row replication to Excel duplication

I have a fairly straightforward SOQL query to pull Opportunity Line Items:select Id, Quantity, UnitPrice, TotalPrice from OpportunityLineItem where OpportunityId='<<Opportunity_Id>>'I tagged an Excel doc and it works fine to pull in the information from the first row.  When I add row replication though, on the output everything is repeated twice.  This happens regardless of whether there is only one opportunity line item or multiple line items - basically the results from the query get pasted in twice.Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Automate Outbound message

Hi all,   I have observed that the Attachment created automatically by workflow and OB message scenarion.. has the created by user as the user to send field in the OB setting. but it is totally wrong as it can be generated by any user. Does this have a workaround ?

Need a more efficient merging process for large volumes

A fairly straightforward document use case is still taking an unacceptable amount of babysitting. Please take a look and upvote my suggestion on User Voice if you agree that this would be a great addition to DocGen. While Mass DocGen from a report allows us to create a large number of documents at once, printing these efficiently involves a lot of babysitting. Say you generate 2,000 documents that need to be printed and mailed. Your documents are output into the DocGen Queue. Because Lightning list views only allow the selection of 200 items, you have to repeat this process ten times: 1. Scroll DocGen Queue list view down to expose 200 or more records. 2. Select 200 records. 3. Click Download 1 PDF button to merge them into a single PDF. 4. Wait 5-6 minutes for the Nintex server to process the document merge and ready it for download. 5. Click to download the "Merged Files.pdf" document (Don't wait too long, or it will expire and be unavailable for download! Hope you were babysitting t

Users receiving a "0% Queued" when running a package in the status bar.

Hello!I have an internal user that ran a DocGen package (to generate an invoice/receipt), and they are receiving a "0% Queued" in the status bar. The process times-out.I was told that they "ran the package and then walked away". When they returned and attempted to run the package again, the "0% queued" status appeared again.I haven't seen this before. Can anyone provide guidance, please?Thanks!

Does anyone know if it is possible to password protect a document using Nintex Drawloop in Salesforce?  I do not see any options to do that.

Populating Secure PDFs

Hi Everyone,I am at a loss here so Im hoping you all can help. I get the error below when we try and populate a PDF form that we retrieved from TD Ameritrade's website. The pdf isn't password protected but looks like its protected in some other way and may require authentication in order for us to populate it using DrawLoop. We're able to type info into the form but just not through DrawLoop. Here's what we have gathered from these custodians (TD, Schwab, etc) regarding their PDFs. Has anyone ran into this issue? Any help is appreciated, thanks ahead of time! "Yes, TD, Schwab & Fidelity will accept ‘diy’ DocuSign.  There are specific signer authentication requirements for each one but they will all 3 accept our DocuSign.  TDA requires KBA authentication, Schwab requires a custom json template and SMS authentication.  Fidelity’s DocuSign requirements are attached for reference."

Button to generate form for email delivery is routing to logon screen

I have a template with delivery option = email.  I have a button on the Contact that generates the form.  After the form generates and I click to continue, it forces me to logon (even though I am already logged on).  It does this for all user profiles.  (and then later salesforce makes me log out of all other windows I had open, even though they were logged into using the same logon credentials).  This does NOT happen if I run the form directly from Nintex test button.  It only happens when i run it from the button i put on the Contact.  This is what the contact button url looks like (123 is the contact id, and 456 is the id of the email delivery option): /apex/loop__looplus?&eid={!Contact.Id}&ddpIds=123&deploy=456&autorun=true (note: i have tried removing the autorun option and this does not fix the problem) Any ideas what is causing this? the problem only applies to the email delivery option (download works fine)

People Lookup (multiple values) exporting to excel

When I export my nintex form list to excel, the values in the people lookup fields come back as this: lastname, firstname MI;#10841.... I have been reading over things on google for the last 3 hours and cant seem to find a way to fix this. If it helps, the people lookup brings is set to show the name with presence.I have another people lookup field that only allows for single values so I know it's got something to do with the multiple values but please help!

Blank rows replicated in Excel

Hi all, I have a DDP set up to run off a custom object and generate a document in Excel. We have a related custom object to track loan transactions, which we'd like to push to Excel, with each transaction in it's own row. Using the document tagger, I'm using the replicate row option (Loan_Transaction_Start) across all columns of data for the Loan Transaction. For the specific record I'm testing with, I have two related loan transactions. When generating the document in Excel, two rows are created, however only the first row is populated with data. The second row is completely blank.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?  Thanks,John

One of our Salesforce Drawloop users got the following error when trying to create envelopes:Error creating attachment for (Opportunity ###) (cannot_insert_update_activate entity): entity type cannot be inserted: Document (ExternalError)What permissions need to be enabled to prevent this error? I've been adjusting the Salesforce roles and permissions since we no longer want our Drawloop user login to be running with the System Administrator profile.  So, I've set the user profile to our Read Only profile and added the following permission sets:Drawloop Admin Drawloop User Drawloop User - Salesforce +The "Drawloop User - Salesforce +" is a clone of Drawloop User - Salesforce with read update permissions on the Opportunity object and full permissions on the Task object.

sum formulas in Word

Each year, the title of one of our events changes (ie 64th, 65th, 66th, etc.).  I am trying to put a sum formula into word that takes the Calendar (also fiscal) year and subtracts 1954, (the first year of the event) to give me an output of 65th Annual Event Name.  Here is an example of the formula I am using in the word formula tool:  =SUM("<<Event_Fiscal_Year>>",-1954).  I am not getting any errors, but I am not getting any output either.  Am I coming at this wrong?  Assistance is welcome. Thank you,Karen Himes

Mass Template are not Generated

I have created a package on Opportunity and have also creaated a Advanced button on Opportunities list view to run the reports. When I run the report (which has opportunity ID as the first field as required) a window appears saying its getting processed but the no processed templates are showing up in the DocGen Queue tab in salesforce. The template is working fine on one test record on the package but not for mass generation.

How can i update a document with a rich text field data which contains text and images?

I have been using Nintex Document generation and it has been working successfully. The only issue I have is when trying to update a document with rich text field data which contains text and images, I have been unsuccessful in doing so. It does not seem possible for some reason, not sure if anyone else has experienced this. Please can the community assist me with a solution for this issue or a possible workaround.
