MIssing contact when searching for DocGen Package

Using the Salesforce DocGen I am unable to locate a specific contact on an account.    I am able to find other contacts with nearly identical data footprint, status etc. on the same account.   Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Error when attempting to use a related list relationship

I am creating a package on the Account object and need to pull information from the Account Assignment related list and am running into a problem. I've searched and read several articles & how-tos without finding exactly what I'm looking for. I created a relationship on the package.  However, when I attempt to add the Default Value on the form by search button and selecting Account Assignment from the picklist I receive the following error:  The value 'null' is not valid for operator '>='Error is in expression '{!f.sfFieldsLimited.size >= f.MaxFields}' in component <apex:outputText> in page loop:editformI'm using version 15.10.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

in the Salesforce DocGen. How can I protect the PDF file when it is created?

We are using Docgen for SF to create PDF letters. We don't want the receiver of the letters to be able to make changes to the PDF. Is there an auto-configuration option to protect the PDF when it gets created?

Merge Fields blank in Salesforce Email Template

Hi All, I have an urgent requirement on automated email with attachment which i am trying to achieve from Docgen. The Problem is that i have used html  text and vf template as well but in none of them, merge fields values are displaying in the email. Please suggest some thing or any workaround.

Can I send attached merge docs with Salesforce email with an editable custom HTML template?

Is it possible to deliver via an email template that uses a custom HTML Salesforce template and that the user can customize/edit before sending, as well as automatically attach a couple documents to it? I'm able to create a DocGen package that populates the email template, but it cannot be edited. Also not sure how the attachments can be auto-added as opposed to chosen by the user each time.

Contact error

I'm so glad I found the Nintex for Salesforce community!  I'm as green as green can be, and I'm hoping for some help on this error:A contact is required for this DocGen Package. There are no available contacts for this record.I have selected "Contact Required" for this DocGen Package, which runs from a custom object (Session).  The Session object has a lookup field to contact, Primary Contact.  It also has a lookup field to Account, which includes both a Primary Contact and multiple Contact affiliations.  I thought I had set these object relationships up in the relationships section, but apparently not?  Thanks in advance!

Sales proposals / document generation tools integrated with Salesforce?

The document has a master template/framework that is just a word doc saved in a shared folder. While many of the sections are customized for that individual clients, the phrasing/terminology used is often standardized and pulled from previous proposals.I'd like to move to a more automated way of generating the initial version of these types of documents. I'd envision a 'library' of the products and services that we are suggesting during each of the phases of the rollout. This library would be treated as the source of truth for product/service descriptions. Team member profiles would also be available as objects to select from for the client service team that would be working with the client.Ideally, to generate the document, it would be almost as simple as filling out an order form and clicking generate. From there, each team member would go into the document itself and customize things like data flows, but 60-70% of the setup work would be done for them.Are there any integrations / pa

Provisioned User Visibility

I'm in Salesforce DocGen Admin - Users - User Permissions On the right I see "5 of 5 users provisioned" but I can only see 3 users in the Admin box and 0 users in the Users box. Where are the other 2 users? I need to adjust permissions due to staff turnover. Any guidance would be appreciated. When I try to add a user or admin I get License Seats Exceeded.

Upgrading Nintex Docgen from 9.55 to 16.2.1

Are there any gotchas when upgrading from 9.55 to 16.2.1? We have a tab called LOOP which I think has been scrubbed/replaced. We are in the process of migrating to Lightning. Thank you!

Salesforce Person Accounts

The lightning component only allows for Contacts to be associated to the package. We are using Person Accounts and need to be able to select a Person Account when creating the package. Person Accounts combines the Contact and Account records, and the Contact search will not allow for us to find these as they are Accounts. How does one set this component up to work with Person Accounts?

redirectUrl parameter in lightning

Working on a mass button in lightning and using the redirectUrl parameter following the guidelines here. https://community.nintex.com/t5/How-To-s/Drawloop-Create-Mass-Button-in-Lightning/ta-p/92630?lightbox-message-images-92630=5311i52173CB7793B932A It seems that we can get the user back to our parent record (instead of the deafult jobqueuestatus page) where the list button is pushed but it seems to load our new page in CLASSIC! Excel template with pictures (jpg) in rows

I have to send my Offer to Client in excel format. Everything is fine but ... one of column should be small pictures in each row. We have got small pictures in our object in SF but i cannot put it into excel format. It works fine with PowerPoint. When I put the name of fielf from Field Trigger - the result is the name of this picture.  Any ideas ?

Reports with multiple tables from 1-2 objects

I have a report that groups correctly and sorts correctly, but I can't seem to add all of the headers and content that I want.  IE: Year header followed byEvent header followed bylist of attendees I can get the results to group by year, then by event, but I can't get the template to show the year, then event, then attendees.  I have attached my template document and a screen shot of my DDP DocGen Package Relationship.  I've also attached what the results are.  Ideally, I would not have to manually add the year at the beginning of each set of results.  (the events are grouped by year, then in alphabetical order).  I have tried a ton of different template set ups and groupings and am at the end of my ideas.  Please help if possible.

add conditional table row (in place)

I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to conditionally add two rows of data in the middle of a table.  Lets say I can have up to 4 rows of data and always have at least 2 rows. The 2 conditional rows need to be added in the 2nd and 3rd position when present or just 2nd position if 1/2 is present. All data would be on the same object and could potentially be on a middleware excel file.  I know I could use multiple templates and maybe even multiple tables in my excel file. If you all have any ideas lmk in the meanwhile i'll be tinkering.  Thanks

Creating a merge field in word that returns Yes or No based upon a Salesforce checkbox field

Hello ... I have a checkbox field in Salsforce, <<Client_Special_Education>>.  If it is checked, I would like to return Yes on my document.  If if is not checked, I would like to return No on my document.  Here is my Word merge field, but it returns No everytime.  Even when <<Client_Special_Education>> is checked.   IF "<<Client_Special_Education>>" = "1" "Yes" "No"  * MERGEFORMAT

Generating a Dynamic List based on Products

Is it possible to prompt users to select a maximum number of products from the full list of product line items associated with the Opportunity?   For example: ABC Account uses the Golden Pricebook. In the Golden Pricebook, there are 100 Products. The user selects 25 Products (aka Product Line Items). When a Drawloop document is generated, can the user be prompted to select a maximum of 5 of the 25 Product Line Items and only list those 5 Products in the generated document?   The Product Line Items would be different for each Account/documented generated.

Send PDF document as email body

On Nintex "Send document as email body" feature: When I try to send a pdf document in an email body, it throws following error message.  It works fine with the MS Word format, but throws an internal error if I change the document to a pdf. I followed steps according to this help video!https://learn.nintex.com/document-as-email-body-in-nintex-document-generation-for-salesforce/255236Created a DocGen Package, with "Email" delivery option and selected the 'pdf' document as the email template.Is this something not supported yet?

Insert-Update custom field on DocuSign Status

I am trying to perform an Insert-Update on a custom field on the DocuSign Status record created when I run Drawloop package. Its a text field and I want to be able to fill that value in every time I select a DocuSign delivery method. I've created a relationship to the DocuSign Status but the field does not get populated.

Salesforce Connection Bad Gateway Response in NWC Actions

I successfully created a Salesforce connection in my NWC environment. In a workflow, when I leverage a Salesforce action like, Create a Record, I have no problem connecting to the Salesforce account but the drop down fields (Stage, Office Responsibility etc.) from Salesforce that usually populate the list results now say Bad Gateway.Every time I add a new field that leverages a drop down list the error message is Bad Gateway. Is this a Salesforce permission issue? (Screenshot attached) Let me know if anyone has run into this issue, or knows how to address is. Thanks!

Child Relationship under Group Copy Type

Hello, I have a use case where we want to show rows grouped by a field; so we created a group copy type relationship. We need to list out all the files name related to each row, but looks like we can't create a child off of a group copy type relationship. Is there any workaround anyone has done before so I can show this list of files for the grouped row?

Fillable Adobe Form as foundation of DocGen Template

Hello, Our current template is a fillable Adobe form that we send out to clients to complete. It does not include AdobeSign tags. It's just a data form. Some of the information is already in Salesforce which means we can fill out several of the fields before sending the form to the customer to complete the rest.  Can I use this fillable form as a template in DocGen where once it is generated in DocGen the fields remain fillable when I send to the customer?  When I tried it, the fields remain fillable but when I enter values I am unable to save them in the document. Thanks.

Operators to use to dynamically select templates

Hello,When setting up templates for dynamic selection, how should I complete the section outlined in red below (i.e. what is the operator and what is the value)? I have two scenarios:1) select template A when Account_Name equals blank.2) select template B when Account_Name does not equal blank. Thanks!
