How to include a document in a DDP based on multiple logical conditions

Hello, I have a document that I only want to be included in the doc package when a field from an object has a certain value (Account.AnnualRevenue > 0) AND when the delivery option is not Print. I am able to implement one or the other of those two conditions by setting the Delivery Options to Advanced and setting the condition as shown in th escreenshots.But I can't figure out how to have both of those conditions apply at the same time.Can anyone tell me if there's a way to only include a document if two conditions apply? Thanks,  Joe Pescatello

Deactivated Schedule Report still running

A deactivated scheduled report keeps running and being sent for email delivery.  I have activated/deactivated multiple times without success.  I have resorted to removing all recipients from the DocGen package as I do not want to delete the overall package, just in case we need to reinstate it later on.  Any idea why it keeps running on its own?

Generate a Letter Using Opportunity & Opportunity Contact Role

We are trying to create a letter that pulls fields from an Opportunity as well as the Account record of the Contact of the Opportunity Contact Role.Got that? So...Opportunity (need fields here) > OCR > Contact > Account (need fields here as well) I can get from Opportunity to the OCR Contact record, but not to that Contact's Account record. I got to the Contact record by starting with Opportunity and adding OCR as a Child relationship (Lookup is not an option). But I can't get from the OCR's Contact record to that Contact's Account.Any ideas? Thanks!

generating document with attachments throws error

i am generating document with attachment when i select an attachment when i select the delivery method and click on run i get the follwing error One or more of the input documents is password-protected Now the other document which I am selecting as attachment is not password protected then why I am getting this error, just to give you info on this attachment I am generating this attachment from getting bas64 data out of our different service and then creating file with that base64 data.now i am able to preview this file in salesforce only when i select it as attachment during  docgen document geneartion process i get the error. Also if i generate document without this attachment it works fine. My question. 1-why i am getting this error even though there is no lock on file.2-if the pdf which i am using as attachment is too complicated will i get this error3- is there a way to resolve this Thanks

OneSpan Text Tags

Hello, I have a document created in DrawLoop through Salesforce. I am also using OneSpan as a delivery option, and have a signature text tag. I am wondering how I would also add a text tag that allows me to add a text box? Essentially I want the recipient to be able to enter text and not just sign the document. Is this something I need to customize in OneSpan, or is there a tag I am missing that I can add to my document? Any insight would be appreciated.   Thanks!

Metadata Invalid Error occur when using SOQL query

I'm having the 2 salesforce objects, 1. Property (parent obj) and 2. Tax (child obj). they are linked with lookup relationship. I have created the drawloop package on Property object and fetching the data of Tax object, for that I have created the SOQL query. But when I'm running the report, that time I'm getting 1 error message: "There is a problem with the following Document Package Relationship: Name: Tax__c, Alias:Tax_Paid_2020 (MetadataInvalid)Include this Error Id if you contact support: 0557b682-2ca8-40e3-9e16-c3d6148b2cbb" please help me with this, Thanks!

How to relate pdf file send to docgen queue (Document request)

We have a use case to send a document to an account that has no contacts.    Document is being sent to docgen queue, but we cannot attach an account id to the flow.  The flow includes creating a completed task to indicate the document was sent to the queue.  How can we relate the document request pdf file to the account? (and attach a link to the document in the task)

Document Template field tagger not displaying

 Hello, I created a DocGen Package Letter Template, during the testing of the PDF, all of the field tags appear, but when I am running a Mass DDP via Report, the tags below do not work. Nintex drawloop app recent upgrade in sandbox not generating documents.

We have upgraded Nintex docgen managed package in our salesforce sandbox on 11/12/2020. Post upgrade, Contract Licence documents are not generated. Please can you help.

Salesforce report not showing correctly in Excel

Hi, I have setup a delivery package to display in an excel template. I have a text field in salesforce report that comes out in a formula in Excel any idea why this is? When i change the text field from forward slash to backslash it is ok? Example is below. Thanks

Excel middleware settings created in flash are not carried over to LEDD

Packages that were created using flash do not show the excel middleware settings in LEDD. It's not too convenient consideriring that flash will be not available from next year. That means we will lose the visibility to them on all packages unless we replicate all work done on excel middlewares in LEDD.Do you plan a quickfix for that? Or some sort of migration of the excel middleware settings to LEX?Thank you!

Reference record from one SOQL to another SOQL

I have multiple SOQL queries that need to reference the record in my main SOQL query (see attachment 'DocGen package SOQL Query').  ProductCatalog_New is my main query.  It pulls in all the data from the main record type.  For each main record, there can be one or more related records using a lookup relationship (Product Catalog Item to Product Catalog Item).  I have a SOQL query created for each related item that has additional fields that need to be pulled into the document (see attachment 'SAMPLE Implementation Form for CANDY STORE'; sections for ACH Blocks or Filters). How do I get the SOQL query for the related items to reference the record in the main SOQL query?  Right now, the queries are working, but they are putting the data for record ABC onto record XYZ.

Postal Code Field not working in Word

Hi,In creating my document template I've added Account Billing Street, City, State and they work fine, however PostalCode simply shows the field name as inserted in word - it doesn't populate the data.  We are using version 17.1 (trial),  and Salesforce with NPSP. Thanks for any help!

DocGen where creating a case is optional

I have a request to create a package where the end user will normally want to have a case created by the package.  However, there will be some instances when a case will not be needed.  Is there a simple way to suppress the creation of the case?   Thank you.

We have a DocGen package that is not showing all of the attachments to choose from and include. Is there a limit on the # of attachments for a specific DocGen package?

Generating 3x10 mailing labels from unrelated opportunities

Hi, I'm trying to generate a document in Salesforce to print onto mailing labels. The labels come on standard size paper with 3 columns and 10 rows.  We send a letter to the Primary Contact of every Opportunity that's Closed Won. I can generate the letters just fine, but generating the labels is another story. I have 2 hurdles:Combining address fields from multiple unrelated Primary Contacts onto one document. Replication horizontally across columns. Can section replication work for this?I appreciate any help you could offer. Thanks,Keegan

Email Delivery on a custom Object

Hi,   I have setup a custom button for a custom object list view to mass generate documents for email delivery. I have setup a relationship between the custom object and the contact object but when i go to create the documents it is not finding the relationship and wont let me create the mass generation. Error while trying to install the latest update 16.7

Hello,I'm a sys admin for my organization and I'm trying to install the latest version (16.7) of DocGen to my sandbox and I'm receiving the following message. Problem:1. (LOOP_Document_Services) Data Not AvailableYou do not have Edit access to one of the two records you are trying to merge. Please contact your administrator to get additional access or merge the two records Any ideas on how to get past this issue so that I can successfully install the update.  Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Creating Quote from Nintex then Adding pieces of Quote into Contract

We are currently using Nintex for Salesforce to create our customer quotes using Salesforce Products.  Our next step is to house our contracts within Salesforce and use Nintex to populate fields which I can handle but I need to be able to take part of the quote that Nintex already generated and insert it into a page of the contract.  Is this possible?  If yes, how would I go about this?     Notes:  The current quote is created in both PDF and Excel and the contract will be a word document.

Image Getting Cut off

Hi there, I wonder if anyone has faced this issue. We have images getting pulled in our report, however, the images seem to get cut from the bottom when the report is generated. We are utilizing dynamic image replacement on a word document. Although the image size on the output report is the same as the placement image on the template, however, it gets cut off from the bottom.Also in another case the image got flipped in the output report, could the image size be a reason for that?Can't figure why this is happening? How to get comma separated values by using a query, instead of in a table format (rows)?

In drawloop when you run a query or use tablestart, you get all the details in a list format. For e.g. if you use tablestart on opportunity products, the list is like below. Product 1 Product 2 Product 3   I want the list output to be comma separated, like this. Product 1, Product 2, Product 3

Possible to pass in a document dynamically at the time of document generation

We have a requirement to be able to pass in a previously generated document when a user clicks the Nintex DocGen button to generate a document. Effectively gathering the merge fields at the time the previous document was generated and adding on top of them to generate a new document.Example:Document is generated from Case Object in Salesforce 2 months go by On different case we need to pass the document that was generated in step 1 and complete the merge fields (generating a new document that has some of the values from Document 1)Is this possible with Nintex DocGen for Salesforce?

Can Nintex Auto-purge Documents from Salesforce Storage?

Does anyone know if there's a way to have Nintex purge files created by a Nintex package from Salesforce storage after a certain amount of time, post creation? I am currently dealing with a double storage issue in that the documents are being auto-imported into my external repository (Egnyte) but the original created by the Nintex package is staying in Salesforce. Ideally, I'd like for this original to get purged, maybe five minutes after creation, to give Egnyte enough time to import. I've looked at the delivery options in Nintex and did not see Egnyte listed as an available option, nor would I probably want to go that route as the Egnyte/SFDC integration already has the destination folder paths set for document delivery to that repository.

Please Extend FTP Functionality

Extend FTP FunctionalityDoc Gen looks like it works great if you have BOX for Cloud Storage.  If you have another provider like I do (Egnyte), there does not seem to be any plug and play way to setup content delivery in a structured way.  The only available option is to setup FTP under 3rd party integrations. Unfortunately, this only gives you the ability to statically deliver to one location.  Given Doc Gen's capabilities, this should be simple to setup folder structures based on variables, etc.
