Letter to Contact showing on Opportunity related Contact Roles list

We have successfully created letters to any Contact showing against an Opportunity Contact Roles related list. These Contacts may also be contacts of Accounts that are not related to the specific Opportunity from with the DDP runs. However, this is true for Business Contacts only. When running the DDP for an Opportunity where the Account is a Person Account, the letter will be created for that Person only, even though all Opportunity Related Contact Roles are showing on the DDP Contact selection list.

 

Has anyone encountered the same problem or aware of how this could be resolved.
