Hello, Process Manager Users!
ย
Weโre thrilled to announce a new feature in Nintex Process Manager: localization! This exciting update means that Process Manager now supports multiple languages, starting with French, French Canadian, German, and Spanish.
ย
What is Localization?
Localization in Process Manager provides a more personalized experience by supporting languages other than English. This enhancement will make it easier for our existing customers to navigate and utilize Process Manager in their preferred language. Plus, it sets the stage for us to rapidly add more language options in the future based on your feedback and needs.
ย
The initial localization work will cover the user interface elements created and managed by Nintex. While this update does not yet include translations for user-generated process content, we are exploring options to support process content-level translation in the future. In the meantime, this can be facilitated through process variations. Hereโs a sneak peek at where you can enable the new language settings. For detailed instructions on how to set your language preferences, be sure to check out our How-To article here.

Regional Rollout
The Nintex product team will implement a phased rollout of the new localization features over the upcoming releases to ensure stability and a smooth launch. Initially, the new language support will be available in select regions, followed by broader availability in other areas. Once the functionality is enabled in your area, youโll find a dedicated announcement in the โWhatโs Newโ section of Process Manager. This phased approach allows us to monitor and refine the experience as we expand access. We hope you enjoy this new feature and look forward to expanding our language support further!
