QuestionIs there a limit to the number of Documents that can be uploaded to Nintex Promapp Document library? AnswerThere is no limit to the number of Documents that can be uploaded to the Document library.  Â
TopicWhy doesn't the Process I'm viewing have a Process Map? InstructionsA Process Editor has set the [Display Type] of the Process to Text Mode. This is commonly used when the content is a business policy or informational in nature rather than a Process description.
TopicWhere is the report 'Process hits by user' located? InstructionsThis report is now called 'Process views by user'. It will still be located under Admin > Reports.> Monitor activity and changes.

TopicWhy do Dashboard Notifications for Processes that have been declined stay on the Approvers Dashboards? InstructionsThe notifications remain until the Process is either subsequently Approved and Published or the Approval Process is restarted by saving the Process.  This is so the Approvers can know there is outstanding work to be done on the Process, and the Process can be easily approved if required. Â
QuestionCan the comments made when Saving or Publishing a Process be removed form the change log? AnswerThere is no way to remove these comments from the Change Log through the User Interface. As time moves on and more and ore changes are made, these comments will appear further down the change log.    Additional InformationIf you there is a comment that is offensive or highly inappropriate please contact support@nintex.com.Â
QuestionIs it possible to change the time of day the Nintex Promapp Dashboard emails are sent out?  AnswerThe emails are sent overnight to reduce load on our servers during work hours.  We recommend setting up a mailbox rule to minimise any disturbance due to emails arriving.  Â
