TopicHow to add Nintex Workflow for Office 365 or Nintex Forms for Office 365 apps to a SharePoint Online site.Instructions1. In a Office 365 site, click Settings, and then click Add an app.2. On the Your Apps screen, click SharePoint Store on the left-hand side.3. In the SharePoint store, use one of the following methods to locate the Nintex for Office 365 apps: Navigate to the Workflow and Process Management category. Search for “Nintex” in the Search box. 4. When the App Detail page has opened, click Add It to add the app to the Office 365 site.5. Once the app acquisition has completed, there will be a notification confirming the subscription to the app for everyone in the organization.6. Click Return to site.7. Questionis it possible to create the multiple Nintex Forms on single list? AnswerYes, you will need to add additional content types to the list. Then when accessing the designer, you will be prompted to which form you wish to design. 

TopicThe default canvas size of the desktop Classic form for Nintex Forms for O365 is height 600 pixels and width 700 pixels but this can be changed.  InstructionsTo change the size of the canvas for a Classic Nintex Form click the Properties option from the ribbon in the Nintex Forms designer.This reveals the properties pane on the right hand side of the screen.In the Properties Pane select the layout you would like to change the size of and select Layout Settings to open the Layout Settings dialog where you can adjust the height and width of the form. 

TopicAttempting to open a workflow task fails when using a Nintex Task Form.  Instructions-Open the workflow in the Nintex Workflow Designer.-Open the configuration for the task action containing the form in question.-Edit and Save the task form. -Save and Close the task form. -Save the task action configuration. -Republish the workflow. -Run a new instance of the workflow to test functionality. The task form should be restored.Additional InformationRepublishing the task form may be necessary for each task form that you find is impacted. Republishing task forms and the workflow may fix any previously started workflow instances. 

TopicWhen configuring the "Assign a task " or "Start a task process" action, the Save button is disabled.  InstructionsNavigate to the Site settings > Site Content Types. TopicWhen trying to open the workflow designer in SharePoint Online, it gets stuck loading on 'Connecting to site'.  InstructionsIn Google Chrome:1. Navigate to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.Note: You will find that Block third-party cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito are enabled. This prevents the Workflow Designer from loading.2. IssueWorkflows on a particular list are stuck on starting. Checking the internal status of the workflow instance shows the following error.Error: List data validation failed ResolutionCheck if any validation settings are enabled on your list. Navigate to list settings -> Validation settings. IssueWhen Submitting a Nintex Form, the following error may occur: hexadecimal value 0x0B, is an invalid character ResolutionMake sure to type all the values for the Form. If the user requires to copy and paste the values from another source then please do paste the values into Notepad. After that, copy the values from the Notepad into the Nintex Form. Additional InformationThis error is because the submitted value contains a special or unknown character such as "[ ]" when a content has been copied from another source such as Words, PowerPoint, Website content, etc.  

IssueWhen opening a Nintex Form in Office 365 on iOS devices, a published Nintex Form fails to load. ResolutionOn your iOS device, navigate to Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security Disable 'Block All Cookies' Disable 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'Note: The navigation steps above for iOS 13.x. IssueOnce a modified item form has been submitted, a child workflow starts before a parent workflow begins and displays the following message: A workflow is currently running. Please wait for it to complete. ResolutionManually terminate the running workflow instance and re-run the workflow.  

IssueAfter removing and reinstalling the Nintex for Office 365 Forms app, all custom forms are missing. ResolutionOpen the Nintex Forms app on the list where the custom form was previously designed and re-publish the form. The custom form will now be restored to that list within SharePoint Online. 

IssueWhen hovering over a populated People Picker control in Nintex Forms for Office 365, the user account's information window appears, and then follows the mouse around the form instead of disappearing as expected. ResolutionIdentify the form rule that is disabling the People Picker control. Within the 'disable' rule, update the rules to include Is Edit Mode, for example: (Is Edit Mode)&&(State=="Completed"||State=="Waiting External Affairs Approval")

IssueWhen replying to a Lazy Approval email with a valid outcome the email does not seem to be received by the O365 tenant and the Task remains in the status of Not Started. ResolutionThere are many reasons why this issue can occur but these are the basic things to check.1. Navigate to the Nintex status page and check for any incidents concerning Lazy Approval.2. Workflow XAML failed validation due to the following errors: Activity 'FormatString' has XX arguments, which exceeds the maximum number of arguments per activity (50). Activity `FormatString` has 59 arguments, which exceeds the maximum number of arguments per activity (50). (...). The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. ResolutionReduce the number of field entries to be render into and the error should disappear and the publish should work.  Additional InformationSharePoint Workflow Manager has a limitation of 50 references for a 'FormatString' Activity. This can surface either in Log to History Actions (if the character limitation is not reached first) or by trying to render those in an action such as a "Send Email" or "Assign Task". 

IssueThe Save button is disabled and user unable to Save the Task action configuration.  ResolutionCheck the Content Type in use, if custom content type is utilized then try to remove the existing content type and use the default instead.  If the issue with Custom Content Type, then make sure that the custom content type has been configured properly.
