Multiple Nintex Forms on single list

Question

is it possible to create the multiple Nintex Forms on single list?

 

Answer

Yes, you will need to add additional content types to the list. Then when accessing the designer, you will be prompted to which form you wish to design.

    It only allows me to select one instance of the "Nintex Form Task Outcome Content" when adding content types.  I was able to use designer to edit this form.  However, I was not able to access the live form and form link when clicking "New" within the list.  It always opens the initial form.  The checkmark was there for "Visible on New Button".  

     

    My goal is to have about 5 forms that will be sent to sent different stakeholders.  Those stakeholders will populate different sections of our list for each item.


    Can you please assist?
