I would like to retrieve the text of the body out of an email that goes into an email enabled library and do some action on it. I am able to get the body out using the Query XML object but it returns everything from the email. How do I parse out the header and all the other system information from the email and just get the true Body?

+1I found the easier solution. I used an Announcement List and email enabled it and then I can use that in the workflow or do whatever I need.
