Admittedly, I'm new to Flexi Tasks, etc. But I have a workflow where a task is assigned to more than one person, and each person is required to provide approval. For some reason, when one person provides approval, the others get the message that their approval is no longer required.
The attached image shows this step in my workflow. What can be done in order to make sure each person makes their approval?
