Hi Cassy Freeman. I was reading your post Site Workflow - Document Review Date Approaching Reminders and it closely resembles the workflow I need to build. I have a Nintex form that collects project related information in a list. I need to loop through this project list each month, locate those projects that have project create dates of greater than 100 days, and send an email reminder to the project owner to update the project status.Your post is related to a site workflow and so didn't know how to best build with a List workflow. Is it the same or similar?Thanks.

Hi, I created a SharePoint group and added a shared mailbox.  I want to send the task notification to the shared mailbox.  Using the group I created this was achieved. Issue:  It also sends task to others in the group who have to be there to be able to approve the task from the shared mailbox. If I remove them from the group their authorization to approve the task from the shared mailbox is removed.Question:  Is there a way to keep the individuals in the group but stop the task notifications from going to them?Thanks,Suzanne.

We have a site that is having issues with Nintex form settings not loading properly when editing a form, but only for certain people.  I can edit the form and go to the Settings and it works fine, but for some reason they can only see the one line in there (see attachment).If I deactivate and then reactivate the "Nintex Forms for Nintex Workflow" and "Nintex Forms for SharePoint List Forms" features, will they lose any of the forms they've created or workflows etc. on their various list? I don't know what else to do besides deactivate and then reactivate the features.  We've changed every permission possible.

I have a list with many items which has a column that captures the month/year. I have turned on the count totals to show how many items there is per month, but what I want to do is  put this count number into a column or table/chart so I can see something like the below. We have a Nintex form that once filled out, goes through multiple approvals.  What we have found is that once the form has an approval, regular users get a "You don't have access to the Page" error.  Myself and the other admin can access all the list items.  The users can access list items that haven't received any approvals, but they can't access list items that have gone through the approval process.We have gone through the workflow and there is no step where we are changing permissions.  When I check permissions on the actual list item, it says that users should be able to access the page.We can't figure out what is causing them to be denied access to the form once approvals have run.  This is a production list, so it's critical at this point.  I have submitted a ticket, but thought I'd ask here also.

I'm trying to find a solution to the business case below and I heavily depend and trust the community members to come up with some great ideas to help with this..Business Case: I need to have a data entry form where the users can insert some project reporting information on the current month report. The data is to be extracted into another list (raw data list) where this data can be reported on via some dashboards. The data entry information must be inserted on the form, preferably a repeating section for each category. I need to be able to modify and update the (raw data list) for the dashboard as well as be able to keep the versioning. I need to be able to retrieve the most recent information from the raw data list back into the repeating section and if possible have a way to show the previous versions via a link or any other way.I can extract the info from the repeating section to the raw data list but how can I edit the repeating section and update the information back into the raw

I've created a form where based on a drop down selection a panel of questions is either hidden or displayed. However, I've applied the rule to the content within said panel, but it hides my entire form, rather than just the panel. I've made sure that the content for the main form is not associated with this rule, but I am stumped. Being that I'm a newbie to Nintex it is probably an oversight. Any ideas?

I down load K2 blackpoint 0902 (4.9040.1.0) yesterday but I can't install.When I click setup.exe following error appear."The K2 Blackpoint Setup Manager requires the logged on user to have Domain User Privileges to proceed."Install user has domain user and domain admin, local admin.What kind of setting do I miss? Thanks Roger

I tried both call webservice in Nintex Workflow or program call the webservice directly .There is no problem for the GetRunningWorkflowTasksForListItem(query). But we always have 500 Internal Server Error for ProcessFlexiTaskResponse(update).I have tried two Account: My Account(cn-xucry) and Service Account Sharepoint.Another Account BPM_Service report “403 unauthorized error”.

I'm looking to create separate workflows for a subtask and parent task within a task list. What I'm trying to accomplish is that only the parent tasks will create a document set for that task within another library, and the sub tasks will only send a email notification, I have so far found no way of setting a condition as for parent tasks or sub tasks as there is no column I can find that determines a difference.

Hi,We have a requirement or creating lots of lists with Forms and Workflows behind them as part of digitising the paper forms. Most of the lists we have probably will have one custom Content Type if we intend to create a Content type, otherwise the columns would be just list columns. As part of the process I have got few questions.Can we create a Nintex Form onto a list directly without a custom Content Type, if so are there any disadvantages or things or limitations which I should be aware of.Otherwise if we are creating a Nintex Form with a custom Content Type/s (single or multiple) are there any issues or limitations which i needed to be aware of.As I only have one custom Content Type on most of the forms, is it worthwhile creating a Content Type and then creating the Form based on the Content Type or just create the Form with default content type.What is the recommended approach, creating Nintex Forms onto a List with a custom Content Type or without custom Content Type. Thanks,Nir

I have sever check boxes that allow the user to add their own data. The field for add more is always at the bottom to the left. I would like it to append to the add other checkbox and label. How do I do that? It is in a separate table. I have done this before but keep getting stuck in Nintex.Thank you,

The default SharePoint form shows this default value in the fields (you can change them though). But with the InfoPath form the fields are all empty. Is there a way to show them?Thanks!
