Symptoms


Dears,

We've configured out time zone , working hours and put it as the default zone, but when we configured the escalation for the activities we noticed that the time off is considered and the escalation email sent over holidays.

Issue reproduction
1. Create a process with an expected duration of 2 minutes for some activity.
2. Start a process instance before 1 minute of the end of a working day
3. Open view flow after 1 minute then open the activity summary window you will notice the color of ball is yellow. After an extra minute it will turn red even though only 1 minute has passed ? according to the working hours- there is another 1 minute for it to complete.
4. Expected behavior is that the ball color should remain yellow till 1 minute after the start of the working hours next day.

The issue has been confirmed as a bug it will be fixed somewhere in a future build of k2.
