My form was created via SharePoint Library. When the form is created in Nintex all the text is black. Most of the items I am able to double click and change the font color in the Control Settings. However, there are two Control Settings that do not have an option to update the color of my text and these are checkboxes. Instead I am seeing this (please see attachment). How do I change the color of the text if I do not have the option in the control setting? CSS? Where do I add it Control CSS Class or CSS Class? Thanks!
We have a Form for users to Enter their Request for Translation or Interpretation Services - We have two Lists - Workflow Tasks List and a Request list. I just added to new column to the Workflow Task List they are: • Request Type • Request ID 1. Would like to copy the Request ID from the Request List into - to the Request-ID field in the Workflow Task List 2. Would like to copy the Request-Type from the Request List - Request-Type in the Workflow Task List I created the variables in the Nintex Workflow I set the Workflow Variable in the Workflow process I then log to the history list But no result. The Workflow has many stages and it is important for us to have the Request type and the ID so our schedulers can keep track Request ID and the Request Type. What is the best way to get this done.
I don't find Nintex form designer in my library! However, I have the Nintex workflow option in the dropdown list from start a workflow. what does that mean? should I install an exe to have it or my company didn't buy it in the first place. I imagine that Nintex form designer is apart from the same Nintex product, is that right? or they are two different products the client should buy both separately. attached an image from site feature where I have Nintex workflow 2016 activated but there is no Nintex workflow form designer as a service to be activated.
I have a list which has the following information:I need to send a single email to each Reviewer and cc the correct Reviewer Manager. I am using a site workflow to quary the list for the managers name, using a collection operation to remove duplicates and for each I am sending an email. The issue seems to be connecting the Reviewer and the Reviewer manager together. Any suggestions?
Is there a rule for changing a drop down choice to a specific selection when an actual date is entered in another field? I can not use Java script
If the named control, "RCExtensionCheckbox" is checked, and one of the {Self} controls this rule is applied to is empty, shouldn't this rule prevent submission of the form? I have checked the Save button and it is set to "Causes validation = Yes". and(RCExtensionCheckbox,isNullOrEmpty({Self}))
Hi everyoneI have a workflow which is working pretty well execpt when I have a lot of approversSo normally, I have +/- 10 approvers by workflow but I have a special one where I have more than 40 person when the workflows has to send the mail I have the following error message: Error in tasks: Object reference not set an instance of an object So I think it's due to my number of approvers; so any idea of what is the limit of how many approvers Nintex can handle? Thank you in advance Regards Tom
I have a Nintex 2010 form that includes 2 list lookup controls - I would like to filter the second control based on the value selected in the first control. I have definitely tried to use the filtering options. If I set a static value for the second lookup's filter the filter works - when I try to set the filter to the first lookup's value - the form does a refresh but does not filter the second lookup - any help is appriciated!
I am working on an employment offer generation letter which takes the monetary value of salary (let's say £20000) and needs to print this in numbers and in words. So for example, "your salary will be £20000 (twenty thousand pounds)". Is there a function in workflow or forms that will do this for me? I am using responsive forms designer so javascript solutions will not work for me. @emha have you ever done anything like this?

Hi, I'm trying to connect a field to a list on my Nintex Form but am unable to do so. Does anyone know how to connect it to a column in SharePoint? It was working ok before in another part of my form, but I had added a Repeating Section to it and now the fields are unable to connect to a column on SharePoint.
Is there a way to check that all required fields have been filled in before displaying the Confirmation Message associated with a button (message is defined in button - advanced features)? It is very confusing to a user who sees a Confirmation Message like "Are you sure you want to submit this form now?" and clicks OK, but Nintex Forms checks for all required data AFTER the message is displayed causing the 'submit' to fail (returns to form asking user to enter data in required fields). Clearly, the required data must be entered, but this should be checked prior to displaying the Confirmation Message. Any Ideas and/or work-arounds?
Hello I have created a request to loan an item which in return will show the [calculated value] to be paid by the user. However, the calculation varies depends on the pength of period for how much it was loaned for which should be pretty straight forward and easy, right?Well... not so easy for me at least :)So, let me explain what the current situation is: There are date fields: [FromDate] and [UntilDate]There is also a Formula field on the form which contains the calculation expression. The criteria is: If the DateDifference between [FromDate] and [UntilDate] is above 21 days and within a month then show the MonthlyCost (which is a lookup field) otherwise calculate UsedHours * HourlyRateHowever the downfall is; what if the user loands it for 35 days, or 45 days or 60 days ...I am now confused to how to get to a conclusion where we say to charge the monthly rate + the remaining days ... for example:YearlyRate = £4,856.31MonthlyRate = £404.69DailyRate = £19.20 (capt to 8hrs per day)Hou
I'm hoping someone can assist me with looking at my rules. I have series of 8 questions (all are answered with Yes or No). Three separate panels will appear depending on how the questions are answered. The first and second scenarios are easy. If all the questions equal to "Yes" then show panel 1. Here is the rule (this works).not(Med1=="Yes"&&Med2=="Yes"&&Med3=="Yes"&&Med4=="Yes"&&Med5=="Yes"&&Med6=="Yes"&&Med7=="Yes"&&Med8=="Yes")Scenario 2. If any of questions 1-6 equals "No", show panel 2. not(Med1=="No"||Med2=="No"||Med3=="No"||Med4=="No"||Med5=="No"||Med6=="No")Scenario 3 is where I'm having issues. Questions 1-6 have to equal "Yes" and either Question 7 or 8 can equal "No". not(Med1=="Yes"&&Med2=="Yes"&&Med3=="Yes"&&Med4=="Yes"&&Med5=="Yes"&&Med6=="Yes"&&Med7=="No"||Med8=="No") Now, I'm real close. My rule works perfectly if questions 1-6 are Yes and either 7 or 8 are

Hi All, I need a little guidance on what seems to be the error here. I have 4 sites running the same workflow, however, this one keeps coming back with this error. The workflow is to go through a task list and create the task looping it to 30 days in advance. Can you please assist. Thanks Jess
I have a workflow that executes SQL to see if a flag is 1 or 0. If it is 0, it needs to keep checking every 5 minutes until it is 1. I have put this execute SQL action inside a loop. The first time the loop is entered and the execute SQL action is executed, it works fine. Every subsequent loop of the execute SQL action results in the following error: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) I cannot work out why. It should surely work all the time, or none of the time. I can see this was posted a while back and there was never an accepted answer. I need an answer in the next 24 hours as this is preventing me put my solution into UAT so am desperate for an answer or some pointers on wher

I'm new to Nintex Workflows and looking for a How-To on creating a Reminder email, using an out of the box SP (2013) custom list. I would like a reminder to trigger 30, 60 and 90 days after the create date. I'd like it to terminate if the Completed field is toggled to YES. List Columns are:Title | Col A | Col B | Completed | Due Date | AssignedToText Text Text Y/N Date Person I learn visually, so thank you in advance for those posting either detailed steps with screen shots or a training video.
Hi All,Is it possible to set value (default value ) to SQL Request Control?ThanksSojan
Hello,I am creating a simple for-each loop where I'm looping through a collection variable that will store task IDs and storing the result in a list item id variable. I am then using a query list to query the workflow Task list where the ID is equal to the list item id variable. When I configure my for-each action, I can see my collection variable in the drop down list under "Target collection" along with all of my variables in "Store result in". However, whenever I save this action, I am still receiving a warning that the Target collection cannot be blank - even though it's available in my target collection drop down menu.
How can i control the length of List Lookup field length? The minimal length shown is more than what I want.
I have a list called “Requests” with approx. 40 fields. One field is called “Request Type” (lookup field to lstRequestTypes) . lstRequestTypes contain 15 different request types. I use a Nintex form to capture the data and it is processed through a Nintex workflow which is running fine. The business has requested additional fields for the Request form. If the Request Type is “CGA”, collect 8 different fields on 1 to 4 employees. For exampleIf Request Type = “CGA”, provide values for the following 8 fields for each employee. Emp IDLANOPIDSkillFrom DtTo DtLocationApprover ListEmployee 1 Employee 2 Employee 3 Employee 4 From my relational Database days, I would have set this up in its own table joined by request ID. In SharePoint, would I have to set up 32 new fields (4 Employees x 8 fields). The first concern is that these 32 fields would be blank for all of the other Non-CGA Request types. CGA is less than 5% of the requests. The business said that th
