I have a question I have a document set, and I want to add a nintext Approve or reject option right inside the document set. So to be clear person A will create a new document set, upload the document etc and the person B will get notify that there is a new document set there for there review, then they will open the document set review it then approve or reject.... please any insight you can give will be appreciated

Once the reviewer open the document set I want them to have the ability to approve or reject the document set which basically is a folder filled with documents. without closing the document set/folder. right inside the document set there is the buttons approve or reject for them to click on once they click approve it kick off the workflow or if they hit reject it kick off that workflow, so how do you add that inside the document set.
