Hi. I have found many posts surrounding escalation, but I can't find why a Flexi Task would not send the notification to the delegated person. I found this article:

But that doesn't explain why the notification isn't being sent. The reminders in my workflow are sent to a permission group (see my previous post). The reminders work perfectly. Escalation works perfectly because the "Assigned To" field on the task changes from the permission group to the individual in it. But why doesn't the notification get sent?
