Error: Unable to connect to server...10061

Before K2 and SQL server were on the same box.Now SQL Server was moved to separate box.From Web.config of Workspace, updated serverkey to new SQL Server name.But when browsed to Workspace from browser following error appears:Error: Unable to connect to server <newSQLServerName>- on port 5252 connect failed: 10061 Made sure K2 service is running, I can see the worklist from MMC, all functions work under K2MMC.What am I missing?Thanks

Each iteration of the query list action is extracting just the first person in a People/Group multi-selectd field and then concatenating it to the previous item's extracted names. Why? ...and Help!

For a site workflow, I've learned how to build a table of queried list items for insertion into an email. However for each list item/row I want to list the person(s) Assigned To a specific list item. What I see  happening is that list query is extracting the first person only of a multi-select people/group field in each list item. When the next list item is queried, that first person is extracted and the person(s) in the previous are added to it. ?? How could this be happening?It appears that the variables I use in the Build String actions in my For Each loop are not clearing at the end of the loop, but nor is the query pulling all Assignees for each item. For example, in the first row, there should be THREE people listed in the Assigned To column. Any thoughts are much appreciated!====Subsequent additional info:I did create a history log action to see what was in the Assigned To collection variable for each iteration of the For Each action. Responding to or Updating Multiple list items in one task form

Is it possible to have one task form that can refer to several items (IDs)?I have a list that needs to send a daily request for review for several items. Currently the user has to click each task form and select Yes or No if a date has been rescheduled. If it has a new date needs to be entered. Now the user gets one summary e-mail which is great but still has to click up to 15 links. Is there a way to have all the Yes or No and possible date fields in ONE task form?

No 'Terminate this Workflow' option to kill a task

Hi I have a workflow which generated a task to a user, he marked it approved but it did not fully complete. So another task was sent to him, which is Approved and it showed Completed.He still has the previous task showing in his 'My Approvals Task' area and asked for it to be removed. I located the task but there is no 'Terminate this Workflow' option so I am unable to kill the workflow running against it.Now, if the user opens this task he gets an error that it no longer exists.How do I get rid of it?ThanksKaren

Lookup on multiple oolumns

HiI have a list with three columns: "Impact","Likelihood","Risk".  I also have a form where the users select the impact and likelihood and the form should then calculate the risk (based on this list).I am trying to use the form runtime function lookup() , but this can only filter on 1 column, so I was thinking of nesting this somehow.  I can not find how to do that, though, as the input only allows a single value.  Would anybody know how to do this?Thanks

Tabbed Form - Issue in \View Properties\" in SharePoint"

I have created a form with tabs at the top to separate the form into sections.  I used the Choice Control and created a panel for each section.  I then added rule to each panel.  So far so good, tabs worked as I wanted them to.  I only have an issue when I open an item in SharePoint i.e. view properties, this shows only last tab Treatment & Investigation and I can't tab through to see other pages. Ideally I would like the first tab to show, Employer Details, and then be able to tab through to see other sections. I have no idea why, does anybody know (screenshot below)?Any assistance would be appreciated.Thanks

Remote Desktop installation issue

I have an issue when running  Nitex Workflow  installation on server via remote desktop. As the proccess it self takes few hours whenever my workstation is locked and I log in  again instaler on server when screen is refreshed installer starts doing everything from beginning. Anyone had the same?BrMarek

Nintex for submission limitation

Is there any known limitation about saving data with Nintex workflow form ?I have a form which has a Repeating section within another Repeating section. (i know bad design, but cannot be changed)Typically the main Repeating section has about 80 rows and the child Repeating section generates around 20 rows in each parent section.The form works well when there are only 10-15 items in the parent Repeating section.The whole parent repeating section is connected to a multi-line text variable.Even with 80 rows the form loads correctly (albiet takes 3-4 seconds) , but I get an error on clicking Save.The error simply says "Sharepoint error"Please help

How to set value in Choice field based on value of other choice field

I have two choice fields as mentioned in below screen shot:and the requirements is:    If Original PO available then Source of Order field should contain string as "Not Applicable" and it should be disabled.I used rules to disable Source of Order if Original PO available is "Yes", but not able to set value for Source of Order as "Not Applicable"Can any body help? ....ThankSunil

Cannot apply CSS and javascript in Nintex Mobile app forms

i have just start using nintex mobile app, i have configure my "Nintex Mobile Phone Layout" having following issues:1) i have apply basic CSS tags of color and background color on a text box through a class which didnt apply on nintex mobile forms.    (Note i have create a class in Custom Css int he settings of the form and apply it to a textbox)2) My application gone crash whenever i change the drop down value on nintex mobile forms    (Note: there is a rule in my form that if the value of the drop down is equal to a specific value a panel will become visible       which consist two repeating section and another panel inside it.)3) i have removed all the controls which nintex mobile app doesnt suppot as mention in this article Forms functionality supported for use with Nintex Mobile  but still it gives me this warning‌ ‌ please need your support

How do i filter on a 34 multi choice fields using Nintex site workflow ?

Hello All,I have a SharePoint list, which list contains 34 choice field columns, i need to send a email's to users based on condition, and that condition is 34 choice field's satisfy the either "No Imapact" or "Not submitted". i need to check these values in 34 choice field's,then if it's satisfy the values i need to send an email to user. I have tried query list filter but  in query list maximum filter's are 10 . if exceed to 10 ,query list is not working.Could you give me the suggestions how to do valid filter on 34 column's. Thanks in advance,  Santhosh.

How to set default to list lookup

SituationI have a field on the form saying like department x or department yI have a second field a list look up which gets the dropdown list from a SP list.What i want to do is to set a default to the listlookup dropdown based on a value of field department.ExampleField Department holds x, y, zDropdown holds 100, 200, 300, 400If department is x then dropdown default is 200 and if it is y then default is 400.The dropdown list is variable so it can change so i cant say default is always the second or the fourth entry.I noticed that the listlook has no default function.So are there ways to get this done?RegarsErik

Purge workflow Data on Locked site collection

Hi Team,If i run below commands without -site parameter it goes through the entire farm:.NWAdmin.exe -o PurgeWorkflowData -deletedLists -silent.NWAdmin.exe -o PurgeWorkflowData -lastActivityBeforeLocal $SixMonthOld -state "Running" -silentThere are some site collections being locked in our farm. Forms: how do i conditionally disable 'add row' in repeating section

My custom SP2013 list has a people/group column Submitter. In the list form, I have a repeating section control. In the repeating section Control Settings, I am trying to configure an Expression in the Prevent add/delete in new/edit mode field that disables the add row link when the current user is NOT the Submitter.I've tried:fn-IsCurrentUser(Current User,Submitter)fn-Not(fn-IsCurrentUser(Current User,Submitter))fn-If(fn-IsCurrentUser(Current User,Submitter),"Yes","No")fn-If(fn-IsCurrentUser(Current User,Submitter),1,0)but none of these work. Importing Workflow - WF Actions does not display new list columns

I exported a workflow from one list and imported it to another list of the same site. 2nd list have some columns are different. On opening an action "Query List" in new workflow, I could see columns of old list and new list columns are not visible. Is there any procedure for importing workflow?On another attempt, I created a template of 1st workflow and try to create new workflow with the newly created template.  But nothing is appearing except Start and End actions.  Is there any procedure available.Cheers:)Sunil

Auto-increment repeating section line number

Hello to all, Today I was given a task  - to create form with repeating section and set lines number in section, that when I closed form and open a new one, the first row of the repeating section should have previouslyNumber+1 value:E.x:110 - myinfomation.  and I close the form.Open a new one and the first row should look like:111 - another information.And so one. Maybe someone has already done this or have ideas?For now, i'm thinking about reading all lines and counting it, and display the number in first row.. but not have ideas what to do about the remaining rows..

An error occurred while the form was being submitted.

Hi All,I have a 2 stage workflow here is my scenario:1-       Submitter opens a form and fills out a three texbox and submits the form for the approval (initiates a workflow)2-       Approver opens the form and just approves or rejects the form. After this step (regardless of  approval or reject) the form is recorded on an SP Library.I use the browser (internet explorer 7.0) all the time not infopath. My problem is on submitting the forms.The toolbar should not appear on the page. Instead, I created buttons on the form for submission. Initial submitter submits the form without any problem. When it comes to the aprrover, the page is opened ok, but when the approver clicks on the approve or the reject buttons I created on the page it gives me an error: “Some rules were not applied. An error occurred while the form was being submitted.”I changed many configurations but neither of them worked fine. In the approval stage my customized buttons have three rules on each. ·         First update

Difficulty getting a Collection parsed

Hi All,I'm having difficulty getting a Collection parsed & could you some guidance if possible.  My goal is to create a list and workflow to allow managers to request access to our business applications & get approval from the business owner to allow access for the employee.I've created a multi-choice column that simply names the applications & I can't seem to parse it, either with For Each or in a Do Until Loop.  I've tried a Dictionary as well, with no luck.  The attached file contains log information, screen shot of my list in edit mode & workflow screen shot as well to help provide context of what I'm trying to do...My Index is 0 - but I get the message above anyways - so the For Each Collection step doesn't run.It seems like there should be a simple answer to my problem.We are running on Office 365.Thanks in advance for your help.Matt

People picker cut off in Panel

I am trying to place a people picker inside a panel.  When a name is entered at run-time, the list of possible names gets cut off at the bottom of the panel and a scroll bar is displayed at the side of the panel.  Clicking on the scroll bar to possibly see the rest of the names takes the focus away from the people picker and the names then go away.Has anyone else experienced this or know of a solution?ThanksNintex Form 2013 v.2.9.3.10

How do you clear the K2 tables

Without reinstalling the K2 databases and tables, is there a way to clear of all previous activity? Lots of test runs have been implemented and all that data is not something we want counted as part of the production data. Do you have scripts you use? What is the easiest way to do this without the reinstall? We have had install problems in the past with K2 and will not do that.Thanks!

people picker not returning names

We user the People picker field extensively in our forms, but one of the biggest issues is that it does not always return ALL the suggestions.For example, I am looking for "Andrew JONES", so I type in Andrew....I get Andrew ADAMS, Andrew BROWN, Andrew KENNEDY.....but no Andrew Jones. If I type in Andrew Jones it does return.Is there any settings or reason why this would be happening?

Default Username based off of a Choice selection

I was wondering if it is possible to default the current user in a People and Group field, and the days date in a date field, ONLY when a certain choice is selected. For Example:When the "Buyer Status" is set to "Completed", I would like "Buyer Completed By" and "Buyer Completed Date" to auto-populate with the current users name and the days date automatically. I know it would be possible to do within the workflow, but I'm interested in doing it at the moment it is done. Thanks in advance.
