I have a Document Approval workflow that will be manually triggered. The workflow works fine when I trigger it. I added a Start Form for the user to Enter the manager name who should approve the Document. After this When I enter the manager name and click OK on the start form, I get an error "Exception from HRESULT: 0x8102008A", and the workflow is not starting.
If I delete the Start form the workflow starts and goes fine.
Can you please help with what could be wrong here and how this can be addressed
