Issue
After selecting a video to play in Nintex Promapp it fails to play.
Resolution
The Windows Media Feature pack should be installed.
The feature pack can be downloaded from the following location https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack.
The feature pack can be downloaded from the following location https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack.
Additional Information
The feature pack is sometimes uninstalled by Windows Updates and needs to be re-installed.
