The November 2020 Cumulative Update for K2 Five (5.3) will not install. The following error message is presented during the installation: "K2 Five (5.3) Nov 2020 Cumulative Update does not support updating your version."
Instructions
There was previously an issue with the November Cumulative Update in which it contained a dependency on having the April 2020 Cumulative Update installed first. There has since been an updated installer released that addresses this issue and removes the dependency. Download and install the latest November Cumulative Update from the link below under the 'Related Links' section.
