If the value being merged from Salesforce contains quotations marks, this will break the Microsoft Word IF statement.

Try using two single quotes instead of double-quotes in the Salesforce data.

1. Manually update the data to be two single quotes.

2. Create a formula field to do the logic and formatting and reference this new field in the DocGen Package.
