Code Fix: When user attempt to submit forms in K2 Management, an error occurs

Issue Description

When multiple users access the K2 Management site at the same time and attempt to submit forms, an error occurs.

Error Message:

The following error occurs: “"Error","SourceCode.SmartObjects.ServiceBroker [ExecuteSmartObject]","10702 An error occurred in the K2_Workspace Service Instance. System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.”

Resolution

The fix is available in:

  • K2 Five November 2020 Cumulative Update (5.3) Fix Pack 18.

 

  1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
  2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
  3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to clear cache and refresh your browser.
