Issue Description
When multiple users access the K2 Management site at the same time and attempt to submit forms, an error occurs.
Error Message:
The following error occurs: “"Error","SourceCode.SmartObjects.ServiceBroker rExecuteSmartObject]","10702 An error occurred in the K2_Workspace Service Instance. System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.”
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five November 2020 Cumulative Update (5.3) Fix Pack 18.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to clear cache and refresh your browser.
