Deploy Project Wizard - Version Name in Advanced Mode

When deploying a project, on the Server and Project Settings, the "Version Name" when deployed the first time is given the time/date stamp.  However, when deploying the project a second, third, etc time, the Version Name stays the same.  It should change to the current date/time of deploying that version of the project.
