Error after using DB Consolidation Tool

When seeing the error after running the DB Consolidation tool. The Configuration Analysis shows a Failed error on the Installation Health.
EventBus register failed, please register assemblies manually. C:Program Files (x86)K2 BlackpearlHost ServerBin SourceCode.EventBus.EventAdmin.dll: Failed to load assembly........
When you manually try to register this dll, this does not work either with no success as the system loads the dll but then shows an error advising that entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found.
Resolution
Check the to see if their is a cold fix with the same dll being referenced in the error, as this could be the same case here.
