K2 not showing updated AD information

Greetings,

 

I'm having a weird problem whenever I try to print a user's information stored in Active Directory. I have a simple "Show a Message" rule when a form initializes to check the information that K2 has stored from the AD. To my surprise, not all data is shown on the message. I'm updating a dummy account through the AD interface and through a SmartObject. Both work and whenever i execute the UMUser SmartObject i can see that user's correct info, unfortunately that info is not shown on the message.


Did anyone have the same problem?

Hi Mauro_VILT,

 

Have you tried forcing to expire the K2 Identity.Identity? (Please refer to the link below). Once executed, run the UMUser SmartObject. The updated info should reflect to your Show Message.
