Hi,

In an email I received other IP Addresses.
Which ones are the correct ones?

IP Address Whitelisting
If your company utilizes IP restrictions when connecting to your Salesforce org or any external systems as part of the DocGen process, such as SMTP email gateways or FTP/SFTP servers, you will want to add the following IP addresses to your current whitelist rules:

  • 13.64.26.45
  • 13.64.28.37
  • 20.185.101.231
  • 20.185.105.142

  • 40.67.186.248
  • 52.142.119.43

Hi hans_vanmil,

The IP addresses listed in the email or on this page should match, and are the ones you would need to whitelist if required by any company access policies. Apologies for any confusion, when this post was first published we missed adding the full IP addresses, but was corrected soon after.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

@doc - unfortunately we do not have a list of all the new or currently support capabilities for the DocGen Engine. The DocGen Engine itself is what processes your template files, the biggest improvements you will see are support for modern Microsoft Office features, such as PowerPoint templates found in Office 2016 but not previous versions, or spreadsheet functions from Excel 2016. Due to the number of features in Microsoft Office itself, as well as the number of combinations in using them (think font decorations with mutliple other ways to format or layout your content in a Word file), it's difficult for us to document everything we can support.

We're also making some behind the scenes upgrades such that the processing and generating your documents will be more performant.
