Issue Description
When you run the Registration Wizard against K2 for SharePoint Online, the SyncEngine Operation is no longer operational for AAD.
Error Message:
The following error occurs: “Sequence contains more than one element”
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.5) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 14.
- K2 Five (5.4) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 11.
- K2 Five (5.6) Fix Pack 04.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
Considerations
This Fix Pack adds a setting that will need to be set to allow MSGraph Evaluation when the Legacy AAD Provider requests are sent to the Sync Service.

The value should be set to “True” to return MS Graph when the AAD Provider Type is used.
