Code Fix: Export to Excel doesn’t handle multiple spaces or special characters correctly

Issue Description

When you have values which you Export to Excel like "AT&T", once the values have been exported the generated Excel displays the values as "AT&T".

Resolution

The fix is available in:

• K2 Five (5.4) November 2021 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 02.
• K2 Five (5.3) November 2020 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 31.
• K2 Five (5.5) November 2021 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 03.

1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
4. It is recommended to clear browser cache and refresh the page.
