Process Originator FQN Update

Symptoms


Dear

We have an issue in our workflow employee services, in one of the activity we are having Process Originator FQN as the destination. But the originator has left the organization, so the workflow is in error.

Kindly let us know the best practice of updating the Process Originator.

Diagnoses


instructed the customer to do the following:

1. Backup the K2 DB
2. update the Originator column of Server.ProcInst and ServerLog.ProcInst with K2:DomainNewUser
