We are excited to share important news regarding the evolution of our company’s brand and how this change will benefit you. We are delighted to announce that Nintex will be updating our product names on our website to reflect a more cohesive brand and naming strategy.


These name changes are a direct reflection of conversations and feedback we received from all of you. We realized that in a category filled with complex language that can be confusing to users and buyers, our job is to be as clear as possible about what we offer—a full suite of process & automation tools to help you achieve process excellence. 


As our brand and product roadmap continues to evolve, our commitment to you remains our highest priority.


Don’t worry, these changes will not affect or delay any current or future orders of Nintex products. This letter is intended to make you aware that you may see changes to our product names on our website, related documents, and product orders. In-product name changes and those in Nintex Community and Nintex University will roll out over time.


Please note that our product name change will not impact our shipping and billing addresses, tax identification, and additional invoicing information, which all remain the same.
