Which users receive email notifications when using the Mass or Automated DocGen Package features?
Instructions
1. Error notification for Automated Outbound Message DocGen Package:
- The User to Send as indicated in the Outbound Message
- The Owner of the DocGen Package record
- Integration User in the DocGen Admin tab
2. Error notification for Automated Salesforce Flow DocGen Package:
- The User who triggered the Flow from the record
- The Owner of the DocGen Package Record
3. Notifications for Mass/Batch Generation
- The User who generated the DocGen Package in Mass and the integration user (cc'd) will receive an email notification that the process has started.
- The completed/error notifications will only go to the User who triggered the DocGen Package
