Why is an archived process still showing in 'My Reviews' dashboard as a review notification even after the process has been archived?
Answer
If a process is due for review while it's archived, the system will still generate the review notification for that archived process in 'My Reviews' dashboard.
To resolve this issue either of the following two workarounds can be done -
1. You can 'Restore' the archived process > Then review the process to clear the notification from 'My Reviews' dashboard > Archive the process again
Or,
2. You can just Delete the archived process from the Archived library and this will straight away clear the review notification of the process from the dashboard.
