Workflow monitoring report

Can we connect to the workflow monitoring report? Wanting a report to let me know whether an account has a future work flow to trigger. These will be used as an exceptions report.

    Looking at old topics today.  

    It does not look like salesforce exposes the time based workflow data so that you can write SOQL against it.  This means you can’t make a skuid model against it…  boo.
